In this diploma thesis the main task is to clarify the development of residential properties in city of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The thesis deals with this city since its foundation to the present day. The work is divided into several chapters of development of construction and each of these periods is represented by a characteristic building. Development of the construction, main traits of a period and the materials used for the construction of residential property are described for each period, including drawings, maps and plans of the city Rychnov nad Kněžnou, which depict the urban composition of the location and placement of selected residential properties used in the thesis. These maps binds analysis of development potential of construction. There is also a photographic documentation of historical development of Rychnov streets and neighborhoods.
The Comparison of Prices of a Single-Family House in Selected Areas within the District of Karviná in the Years of 2016 and 2017

The thesis "Comparison of Family House Prices in Selected Locations in the District of Karviná in 2016 and 2017" deals with the awarding of the selected family house at the usual price established in 2016 and 2017 and the determination of the price difference in these years. The family house is fictitious at the beginning in one of the selected locations of the district of Karviná and is then placed in 3 other selected localities. The usual price is determined by comparison. Comparison is made with similar family homes offered for sale in real estate ads. The price determined for 2016 for the year 2017 is determined according to the valuation regulations. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined and explained the basic important concepts related to valuation and methods of valuation are approximated. In the practical part of the thesis are elaborated various methods of valuation for the years 2016 and 2017 for chosen RD located in selected locations of Karviná district, namely the town of Orlová, the statutory city of Havířov, the town of Bohumín and the village of Petrovice near Karviná. The output of the practical part of the thesis is a comparison of the prices of the usual and discovered ones and they are evaluated by the factors that make the individual prices change.

The Bachelor´s thesis elaborates a technical documentation of a detached family house with relaxing facilities. Object is located in the village Svratouch, district of Chrudim. Built-up area is 136.7 square meters. The house has two floors. It is based on the base passages from plain concrete stored in a non-frosty depth, walled building system Porotherm and lost formwork Dek. The roof above the second floor is a saddle roof with dormer-windows. The truss construction is a purlin system. Ceiling structure is made of ceramic inserts Miako and ceramic concrete beams Porotherm. The Bachelor´s thesis includes a sketch, a block plan, a building documentation, fire safety measures, a building physics, seminar work and calculations.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to design and elaborate project documentation for the construction of a building with a design office in the cadastral area of Mikulovice near Pardubice. It is a two-storey, partly basement detached house, which with its layout corresponds to the conditions of the building operation. The family house is designed for a four-member family. On the first underground floor there is a toilet + bathroom with a technical room and a gym. On the ground floor there is a project office that is designed for the owner of the house, a kitchen, a living room, a guest room with its own dressing room, a workshop connected with a garage. On the second floor there is a residential part, consisting of 3 rooms and a studio. The construction system of the building is designed from the POROTHERM system with an ISOVER GREYWALL external contact insulation system with a thickness of 120 mm. The vertical supporting perimeter structures of the 1st floor, the 1st NP and the 2nd NP will be wired from the POROTHERM 30 P + D. The internal bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 30 P + D and the POROTHERM 19 AKU and POROTHERM 11,5 PROFI are used for non-load-bearing masonry. The external plaster is a water-repellent CEMIX FLEXI thin-film plaster grooved with a grain size of 2 mm in light gray. The staircase is monolithic, of reinforced concrete. Horizontal bearing structures are made of ceramic-concrete system of POROTHERM with the thickness of 250 mm (Pot girders and Miako fillers). The roof is double-pitched with the roof tiling in black colour of TONDACH Hranice 11. The plastic doors and windows are designed in the colour of grey ane white; the garage has a section door also in the grey colour. The flooring has been chosen according to the type of usage of each of the rooms, i.e. ceramic flooring and laminate floor. The family house is medium-sized, intended for 4-5 family members. 5 residential rooms are likewise included. One section of the house has got a cellar. There are facilities in a basement for storing things and food. A garage provides parking for two cars. The design office forms a divided functional section.
