The main goal of this bachelor´s thesis is to research and evaluate the financial situation of the researched company from 2010 to 2014 with the help of the financial analysis, as well as suggest solutions leading to its improvement. In the first part of the thesis, there are stated facts and all necessary information used for better understanding of the exploring company with theoretical knowledge and methods used in the financial analysis. The next part contains actual analysis equipped with commentary.

Bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the selected company using financial analysis methods. For my thesis I chose the company Gumex, spol. s r. o., which is based in Strážnice and I worked data for the period 2010 - 2014. The first part includes theoretical information to the financial analysis and the methods used. In the second part is given characteristics of the company, calculations of the indicators and assessment of the situation of the company of the results. The last part includes suggestions for improving the situation.

Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company KELLNER CZ, s.r.o. on the basis of the financial analysis for the years 2010 – 2014. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part the theoretical background to a certain issue is analysed. In the second part, the practical part will be performed financial analysis according to the theory and provided statements, and described the factors that influenced the company over the years. As the last part of the design, which deals with the practical part of the evaluation and subsequent suggestions for improvement or action in problematic indicators.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the financial position assessment of a selected analysed company during the period from 2011 to 2014. The aim of this paper is to analyse the financial situation of the company as well as identify deficiencies and make proposals to address the problematic areas. The theoretical part deals, in particular, with a financial analysis whereby the selected company is assessed in the analytical part. The conducted analyses showed deficiencies which are discussed in the proposal part. The proposals present recommendations for the improvement of the company management in the following years.
