Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením finanční situace společnosti KELLNER CZ, s.r.o. na základě provedené finanční analýzy za roky 2010 - 2014. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V první části jsou zpracována teoretická východiska k tématu. V druhé, praktické části bude provedena finanční analýza dle teorie a poskytnutých výkazů, s popisem ukazatelů, kteří ovlivňovali podnik během let. Jako poslední je část návrhová, která se zabývá vyhodnocení praktické části a následným návrhem na zlepšení nebo opatření u problematických ukazatelů.
Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company KELLNER CZ, s.r.o. on the basis of the financial analysis for the years 2010 – 2014. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part the theoretical background to a certain issue is analysed. In the second part, the practical part will be performed financial analysis according to the theory and provided statements, and described the factors that influenced the company over the years. As the last part of the design, which deals with the practical part of the evaluation and subsequent suggestions for improvement or action in problematic indicators.
