Parametrizace a validace růstového modelu pro řepku ozimou
Vrána, David
This diploma thesis is focused on winter rape growth and development modeling by DSSAT software. The date of flowering, date of maturity, yields, above ground biomass dynamics and LAI dynamics were used for parameterization and consequent validation of the selected model. The data from field trials conducted by Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture (ÚKZÚZ) within Lednice station (period from 1999 to 2006) and Domanínek station (period from 1999 to 2011) were used for simulations. Moreover data from field trials conducted by Mendel University in Brno within Domanínek station (period from 2012 to 2014) were used for winter rape modeling. This experiment consisted of eight variants with different sowing dates, nitrogen fertilization amounts and two cultivars. The dataset for DSSAT model testing was prepared based on above mentioned experiments. Despite the first attempt to simulate winter rape growth and development in Central Europe by DSSAT model, interesting results were achieved. Although some deviations between observed and simulated parameters appeared, the model was able to mimic characteristic crop growth dynamics. One of the main shortcomings is that model is not able to simulate necrosis of leaves within winter period. On the other hand, the model was able to reproduce the effect of different climatic conditions within included locations (i.e. later onset of observed phenophases within cooler station with higher elevation etc.) and the parameters were estimated with higher accuracy at Domanínek station.
Data Backup and Data Storage
Uhlíř, Petr ; Svoboda, Tomáš (referee) ; Kříž, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis aims to clarify developments in backup, recovery and long-term storage of data on a general level and in the specific project NDK. Further notes on global trends in this field and discusses the idea of long-term storage, storage system and life cycles of this repository. Marginal manner the standardization used in this store.
Modifying the Process of Production of Pressure Containers
Petruška, Jakub ; Kolář, Ladislav (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
These diploma thesis is focussed on process modyfying of radial outlet drilling of Common Rail System. Introductory part koncern with theoretical system analysis from the point of historical and technical view. It follow elaborate validation plan for assigned problem. Next point is Practically elaborate solution. Final part include evaluation from the point of economical view.
Generator of Analysers of Documents Defined by RELAX NG
Šimonek, Jan ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with automatization of XML loading. This is accomplished by a generator of XML analyser. The generator (translator) takes a XML scheme in RELAX NG and it produces analyser in C++. The generated analyser is capable of unmarshalling and validating data from XML, providing access to the data and marshalling the data back to XML. Usability of this process is demonstrated on examples. Theory of the XML, XML schema languages and validation is also discussed.
Validation of Web Accessibility
Pojer, Petr ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with the accessibility of websites and its validation capabilities. The essential part is the analysis of current methodologies used in the world - with a focus on U.S., Europe, and especially the Czech Republic. It is followed by an overview of the best known tools for checking accessibility of their properties based specification, design and implementation of custom applications, which is the result of this work.
Validation of Network Parameters Based on Network Monitoring
Martínek, Radim ; Veselý, Vladimír (referee) ; Žádník, Martin (advisor)
The Master's Thesis presents a theoretical introduction, familiarization with the issue and a implementation for a solution of a "network parameter validation" tool, which is founded on principle of network traffic monitoring. Firstly, the current development of computer network setup is analyzed with its limitations. This is an initial point for an introduction of a new approach for implementation and verification of required network setting, which uses techniques of verification, simulation and validation. After the introduction into the context, validation techniques are specifically examined. The Thesis main contribution lies in the capacity to determine appropriate parameters, which can be used for validation and also for implementation of the tool, which ensures validation process. The network traffic, which characterizes the behavior of the network, is collected by NetFlow technology, which generates network flows. These flows are consequently used by the designed tool used for validation of required network parameters. This process overall verifies whether the main computer network requirements have been met or not.
Ventilation of a cytostatic laboratory
Kicko, Peter ; Štětina, Josef (referee) ; Charvát, Pavel (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is an introducing and guiding the reader with all important aspects of a proposal of ventilation system for cytostatics laboratory, from theoretical knowledge about the issue via familiarization with an appropriate legislative statute, a demonstration of relevant calculations needed for the project, a proposal in the form of technical reports as well. In this thesis the process of validation, which is needed for installed technology in the cleanroom, is also described. The thesis is supported by drawing documentation of real ventilation project for cytostatics laboratory, which follows the aforementioned technical report and calculations.
Optimizing the Manufacturing Process in a Company
Vrána, Jakub ; Novák, Viktor (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This thesis deals with the management of the production process, focusing on unproductive activities. It comprises analysis of the current situation in the company Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. (the TCI) and suggestions for improvement measures. The first chapter presents theoretical basis for processing work. PMT methods, namely MTM and MOST, lean production with a focus on 5S, TPM and Kaizen are described. The second chapter is focused on the company TCI, core business, organization structure and analyzes the current status. It’s focused primarily on the process of critical non-manufacturing operations and the changeover cleaning process. The third chapter, following the analytical part consists of the proposed recommendations. The fourth chapter deals with the final evaluation.
Manufacturing Processes Management with Usage of Simulation Tools
Richtr, Jiří ; Karpeta, Vladimír (referee) ; Šunka, Josef (advisor)
Simulace výrobních procesů pomáhá optimalizovat výrobu, logistiku a další systémy, díky čemuž dochází ke snižování nákladů a racionalizaci vnitropodnikových procesů.
Analysis of selected allergens in fragrances
Koláčková, Adéla ; Janoušková, Eva (referee) ; Zemanová, Jana (advisor)
This thesis is focused on potentially allergenic substances (PASs) in cosmetics. Their specific features, methods of control and observation are described. There are also mentioned dermatology problems connected with usage of perfumed cosmetic products in which the allergenic ingredients can be found and possibilities of their regulation. Fragrances are mixtures of natural or synthetic character which give the aroma. In nature, fragrances are produced mainly by plants. More than one hundred fragrances have been identified as allergens. Twenty six of them were declared as PASs. Allergenic components of perfume compositions are the main cause of allergic contact dermatitis. Experimental part of the thesis is focused on the procedure of analysis of specific allergenic fragrances (?-Amylcinnamaldehyde, Anisealcohol, Benzylsalicylate, Cinnamaldehyde, ?-Hexylcinnamaldehyde, 7-Hydroxycitronellal and Methyl-2-octynoate). Headspace-Solid Phase Microextraction connected with Gas Chromatography-Flame Ionisation Detector (HS-SPME-GC-FID) was used for extraction, analysis and identification of these substances. The method was validated and applied on the spectrum of real samples of cosmetic products.
