Advanced Rendering Techniques in OpenGL 2.0
Salajka, Vojtěch ; Havel, Jiří (referee) ; Švub, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the interactive computer graphics on programmable hardware. The usage of shaders for creation of graphic effects is demonstrated by examples. It is explained how to use OpenGL library and GLSL language for their implementation. A new 3D model format was developed for the purposes of the examples.
Graphics Intro 64kB Using OpenGL
Burkot, Martin ; Polok, Lukáš (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This thesis deals with the creation of minimal graphics intro. Intro size is not extending 64kB. The base of the intro is procedurally generated terrain supplemented with procedural vegetation and texture representing clouds. It also has terrain texture and imported 3D models. As background music is music playing.
Blender Tutorial
Tomšík, Filip ; Žák, Pavel (referee) ; Kubíček, Radek (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the increasingly popular shareware Blender which has growing application possibilities in various branches. The thesis aims at a general description of basic modelling techniques working with mesh objects as well as curves used for creating models and computer graphics. Part of the thesis is dedicated to a description of animation abilities of the programme, an outline of dierent methods and a more detailed description of correspondent modules. The central point of the thesis is to introduce the reader to the basic and advanced modelling techniques and their use in Blender, in the form of a tutorial.
Realistic Rendering of Smoke and Clouds
Kopidol, Jan ; Žák, Pavel (referee) ; Jošth, Radovan (advisor)
This work discourses about methods of rendering volumetric data such as clouds or smoke in computer graphics and implementation of this feature to existing application. The first part is summary of techniques and tricks used in computer graphics to display such objects in scene, their pros and cons and the most used techniques of displaying volumetric data. Next part is more closely focused to choosed technique of rendering volumetric data with consideration of light behavior inside the volume (also called participating media) and basic relationships used used in computation. In following part of work there is short list of applications - renderers used to realistic rendering of scene, which are suitable for implementation of selected volumetric data rendering algorithm. Selected application - Blender is describled more deeply including its inner structure, especially rendering engine. Last part of work is dedicated to design, implementation and integration of rendering algorithm itself.
Development of 3D Applications in Blender
Opletal, Martin ; Láník, Aleš (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
Thesis is focused on evaluation of available tools for 3D application development. In one selected tool (Blender) is created computer game. This game demonstrates Blender's capabilities. The process of creating is recorded in a case study for the possible purposes of own complex games development.
3D Shape Interpolation
Zouhar, Marek ; Polok, Lukáš (referee) ; Španěl, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with creation of a~tool for progressive interpolation of shape of a~3D polygonal mesh. Used methods take inspiration mainly in technique Manual Landmarks and use parametrization of an object to a~sphere. The result of this thesis is an addon for an open-source modelling program Blender, which automatically creates an animation of shape deformation based on two input models.
Visual support of theoretical explanation in MPKT course
Passinger, Jiří ; Koutný, Martin (referee) ; Jeřábek, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with creating animations and using the selected utilities in operating systems GNU/Linux and Windows. This work describes the selection of programs for creating animations, the procedure of animation creation and their resulting form is shown. Further on there are suggested possibilities of use of the animations, their extention and description of theory to the action the animations deal with. Another part is dedicated to utilities for IPv6, DNS and ARP. Real examples of using these utilities the format writing and examples of responses are shown.
Mathematical methods of morphology modelling of coniferous trees
Janoutová, Růžena ; Štarha, Pavel (referee) ; Martišek, Dalibor (advisor)
The thesis was focused on creation of a coniferous tree by nondestructive method allowing description of structure of adult spruce trees. After processing provided data we created a model of L-system which creates a tree branch. Thereafter, a Python script generated parameters which were required for the creation of the model of the tree in graphical software Blender. Model of coniferous tree was sucesfully generated. Its memory requirements are high but for our purposes this is not an essential problem.
Development of application for simulation of physicals effects
Polách, Milan ; Šimek, Milan (referee) ; Holcman, Vladimír (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to create an educational system for more effective teaching physical phenomena and the replacement of older systems used. Whole project is composed of several parts. At the begining, the theoretical information are shown on website. Next is a simulation of physical phenomena and in conclusion, how the phenomena looks like in a real situation is presented. Animations for simulations are created in Blender, using programming language Phyton.
3D modeling in Blender
Kubenka, Marek ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with 3D modeling. It concentrates especially on freeware program Blender. It deals with possibilities of files import to this application. From this reaoson Autodesk Inventor Professional 2008 was used to create three-dimensional model and then to import this file to Blender. On this model from power electrical engineering there is also shown possibility of creation of animation. In last part of this bachelor’s thesis there is axial flux machine analysed from teoretical aspect.
