The Objective of this Bachelor Theses is to Evaluate the Progression of Settlement Structures of Olomouc from the Age of First Settlement to Present. From this Poin of View is the Progression of the City Divided in to Three Phases: Preindustrial, Industrial and Postindustrial in which Are the Gradual Changes Captured in Physical, Functional and Social Structure of the City. Within Spatial Structure is Evaluate Alocation of Particular Functional Areas in the Space of the City, Platform of the City and Horizontal and Vertical Dimension. From the Demographic Viewpoint is Evaluate Social Structure of the City Throught Statistical Methot of Time Line Equation via the Trend Function. Time Line Equation of Particular Demographic Indicators are Captured in Years 1995--2013 Always with the Prediction of Future Progression for Another Three Years.
Apartments rent in Olomouc and the factors influencing them

This diploma thesis examines market rents of flats in the town of Olomouc. It probes the condition of the local real-estate flat rent market and it assesses which factors affect the price the most. That is achieved on the basis of data of realized rents gathered via questionnaire and complemented with the supply real-estate prices. The data are sorted into four categories (1+1 a 1+k, 2+1 a 2+k, 3+1 a 3+k, 4+1 a 4+k) that are mutually compared and analyzed with textual, table and graphic output. In the theoretical part of this work, the research is supported with juridical and economical definitions, which appear on the real-estate flat market. The work then states the specifics of real-estate market and comments on the changes in the new civil code of law. It also gives a brief overview of the basics of the housing policy theory.

Determining the Difference in Garage Prices in Olomouc

This thesis focuses on assessing the differences in prices of garages in various areas of the town of Olomouc. To state the differences two methods were used: the cost-based appraising method and the comparative method. In addition, market price were stated and compared to the administrative one. There were fifteen garages selected for the purpose of this text. In the first part of this work basic concepts are defined. The following part is descriptive and brings the town of Olomouc into focus. Further on, particular ways of appraising are explained. Next, the selected garages are introduced and appraised. In conclusion, based on given facts, the factors influencing prices of garages are assessed as well as the causes of discrepancies between prices stated with the use of different methods.
Analysis of selected methods of valuation for apartment-type property in the southern part of Olomouc

This master´s thesis is focuses on the analysis of selected methods of valuation for apartment-type property in the southern part of Olomouc. Thesis is separated into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts, definitions and methods related to valuation. Thesis also includes a description of the location and condition of the real estate market. The practical part deals with the actual valuation using methods: direct comparsion, the yield method and cost method. In conclusion, there is an evaluation of prices and assessing the suitability of individual method used.
Analysis of the Location Impact on the Price of Housing Units in Olomouc

The master s thesis deals with the influence of location impact on the price of housing units in Olomouc. The theoretical part describes some basic concepts, whitch are necessary for understanding the issue and also provides valuation methods used in this thesis. The practical part of the thesis describes the location Olomouc and its parts specifically. The following is a description of the apartments, their location, quality and other facts identified by the place investigation. Other chapters focuses on comparative technique method to estimate the administrative price and market valuation to estimate the market price. Finally are compared unit prices of the apartments to each other and evaluated teh influence of the estimated price of the apartment.

Master thesis is focused on determination of differences in ways of valuation in city Olomouc. Fifteen garages were used to price estimate in this city. The first part of work deals with basic terms and theoretical definition of methods of valuation. Due to instructions of the work, the methods of valuation were chosen: cost method, comparison according to law and comparison based on databases. In the following parts are described chosen garages and there is undertaken evaluation. Differences of ways of valuation and their causes, which are based on obtained data, are discussed at the end of work.

This master´s thesis „Analysis of Selected Methods of Valuation of Garage-Type Real Estate in the Locality of Olomouc“ compares different methods of valuation in the area. Acquired data out of the valuation are further analyzed and then evaluated. The first part describes the basic terms, location and analysis of the real estate valuation. This is followed by a description of selected garages and valuation methods. For this thesis were chosen to value the 10 properties that are located throughout the Olomouc. Garages are valued at cost method, comparative method of regulativ and comparative way, depending on the database. The resulting data are being compared and subsequently evaluated.
Omega Sport Olomouc - Sport and Health Center, civil technological project.

The master's thesis is elaborated on the basis of the project of the Sport and Health Center Olomouc. The project consists of two main buildings – the object of NH Hotel and the Sports Center Omega. The hotel also includes a conference center with three conference halls and covered parking. The object of Omega Sports Center is composed of sports halls for squash, badminton and tennis, along with changing rooms, wellness area and operational background of the object itself. The sports center also incorporates outdoor tennis courts and an underground tunnel connecting the Omega center and the NH Hotel. This thesis deals with the civil technological project of the building site and involves mainly the technical report of civil technological project, the study of realization of the main technological stages of the building object, the project of organization of construction, time schedule of aforementioned two main buildings, the technological standard with test and execution plans for the execution of underground construction by the impermeable concrete technology and for execution of variant solution of tennis hall roofing. Further, a comparison of the alternative roofing technology with current used roofing technology is performed, including the drawing documentation of new roofing alternative.
Akustic of the musical club

This master’s thesis deals with the problems of interior acoustics. Within the scope of the thesis measurements were taken, followed by 3D modeling and subsequent design modifications of Olomouc acoustic music club Metro. The calculations used a specialized software (Odeon Room Acoustics Program). The result of the work is a proposal of suitable reconstruction and acoustic treatment, which will be achieved by optimalization of reverberation time, in an effort to improve the physical properties of the object.
