Nursery governance regulations from the viewpoints of the nursery and the child's legal guardian

The final thesis of the Bachelor's degree course deals with the issue of nursery governance regulations and their importance and impact on the parents and the nursery. One of the objectives of the study is the utility of the governance regulations both for the nursery and for the legal guardian. The thesis also investigates in what situations and to what extent the legal guardian utilizes the regulations and in what situations the regulations are utilized by the nursery. The theoretical part deals with the legislative aspects of the governance regulations. The research part is based on findings made amongst a group of nursery headmistresses and children's legal guardians and on the analysis of a selected group of the specific governance regulations. The conclusions open up a view on one of the most important documents available to the nursery headmasters and headmistresses.
Legal analysis of the process of adopting children under three years of pre-school education in nursary school

Legislative modification of admitting children under three years to pre - school education in nursery schools has been indefinite up to the present. If the norms of the law are carefully analysed, it is possible to come to the conclusion that under some circumstances the children under three years can be enroled in nursery school A lot of long - term researches have been done and legislatively treated but the motion has not been discussed because of the political situation ( Shortening of the session of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parlament). This work pays attention to the opinions of our ombudsman, to those that concern with criterious of the process of admitting children to pre - schoul education in nursery schools. The criterious help to determine an order of admission to nursery schools. Our contemporary state of admitting children under three years to pre- school education is very complicated in all respects, but solvable. It is necessary to know all obligatory regulations, observe them and apply them in practice. Legal analysis in this work was executed after thorough study of relevant regulations and ofter conultations contraversial quessions with lawyers working at education law. It is based on the legal requirements for the performance of the headmaster and his managerial role required for the management of the school, which he has to manage. It describes an initial period of headmaster's dutin and it solves an subsequent phases of business. It highlights the influence of the length of time in managing activities in shaping the attitudes and improving the quality of school management. It describes the facts that brings the ever-changing conditions in the educational legislativ for the exercise of the headmaster, which significantly affect its access to the profession and life perspective.

Bachelor thesis The headmaster during the First Republic (1918 - 1938) describes what rights, responsibilities and competences headmaster of school had in the past, which specific activities he had to devote during the school year, and what was his role in the former education system. The work was written on the basis of a detailed study of historical materials and their critical evaluation. The actual content of the work provides information about the actual school director, but also the First Republic system of education at primary schools today. The conclusion of the work summarizes which of the roles of the First Republic headmaster finally prevailed. With regard to administrative duties, which he had been determined, it was mostly about the role of caretaker. Bachelor thesis also confirms that in history is possible to find enlightenment and inspiration.

The work of the headmaster with the legal subjectivity is very exacting because of its variety. The headmaster's role at this organization is to be the manager and a teacher as well. He has to have the basic knowledge of economy, law, human resources management, upbringig and education. To understand better the work of the headmaster, this dissertation is giving interpretation of the basic terms connected with directing economy and pedagogical process of primary school with legal subjectivity. Than it encourages administrative duty of headmaster during the leading process. This study is focust on a problem of admisnistrative occupational load of headmaster and to putting together optimal organizational structure of school from the wiev of the proportion and activites of school.
Selection procedure for the position of school direktor in Central Bohemia Region

The bachelor thesis Selection procedure for the position of school director in Central Bohemia Region is focused on examining the situation in this region due to the realized open competitions for the post of headmaster. The work examines and compares the views of different target groups and is trying to detect shifts in attitude caused by the amendment to the Education Act. The work is intended for headmasters, school founders and the general public, who may be concerned in the selection processes. The important part of the thesis is a summary of information regarding the current legislative framework, new regulatory changes and their impact on the selection processes for the position of school director. The work includes both quantitative and qualitative data concerning the open competitions which took place in the Central Bohemia Region after 1/1/2012. The case study covers the views of various parties involved in the selection procedure. This research aims to deepen the knowledge within this area. In the thesis, there are described different aspects of selection process, and there are mentioned possible areas where the approach to the selection of a headmaster may be improved in the future. Issue of rating headmasters

Final thesis deals with the evaluation of headmasters established by municipalities in the Ústí nad Labem region and Zlín region. The aim of this work is to determine whether school authorities use their legal possibility to carry out regular reviews of headmasters based on existing criteria, and if the ratings do not differ significantly. Selection criteria for the evaluation is subjective founders, but if an assessment is carried out for the benefit of both parties, founders should have the appropriate skills to monitor quality. Another objective of the final thesis is an analysis of education evaluators. The secondary objective is to verify the existence criteria, which the founders used in the bankruptcy proceedings to select a suitable candidate for a senior executive in education. These are the criteria beyond the legal requirements. Introductory chapters in the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the general rules that apply to the appointment and evaluation of headmasters. The work also defines two types of evaluation in education, stating who the evaluator or evaluation authority. The subject of my thesis is a description of the communication skills and their application in the kindergarten. The term of communication is defined in the theoretical part of the thesis. It describes the director's communication skills, the principles of successful communication, the kinds of communication, communication barriers, manipulation in communication and feedback which is an integral part of communication between the director and her subordinates. The aim of this thesis is to create an overview of the communication process of the directors of the kindergartens with both pedagogical and non-pedagogical employees. The essential parts are the research, the questionnaires and following interview with randomly selected kindergarten directors, for the completion of the view on this issue.
In The Report of Czech School Inspection as a Source of Information about Breaking the Rules in the Examples of the Kindergartens

The bachelor's work contains the facts gained during the studium of the school management. It deals with the problems of the abuse of the legal regulations from the part of the headmasters of the kindergartens. The work is focused on the making a map and the description of the most frequent breaking the rules in the connection with the valid legal rules and the Criterions of the evaluation of the educational coditions, process and results published by the Czech School Inspection and authorized by the Ministry of Education. It offers a research of errors and sugests solution how to prevent from them. The corn of the practical part is the analysis of the inspectional reports and searching for the main fields, where the mistakes are made, then summing up and comparison. The target of the work is to sugest how to prevent from the abuse in the management of the kindergartens.
