In my thesis, I will address the issue of job satisfaction and employee motivation. In the first chapter, I determine the object and goals of my work, formulate hypotheses and describe the methodology of my research. In the second chapter I would like to present some of the theoretical analysis of job satisfaction and employee motivation. I will mention some of the work motivation theories. I will also mention the relationship between job satisfaction, loyalty, and later on identification of an employee with the company. I will discuss material rewards and benefits as significant factors in job satisfaction. In the research part, I will introduce the company, especially its personnel policy. I will describe the research sample, analyze the empirical research and hypotheses. In the final part, I will submit concrete proposals to improve the situation in the given company.
Motivational program of chosen educational institution

The diploma thesis aims to explore work motivation and satisfaction of employees in chosen company, based on the assumption that these are at the lower level. On the ground of gained information subsequently proposes a suitable motivational program for language school employees. Considering low number of respondents there are several research methods used in the thesis, including personal and written questioning of employees, interviews with former employees, Bales interaction analysis, and comparison with another institution of similar nature. Based on the research has been confirmed the hypothesis about dissatisfaction of employees on the workplace. Taking into account the structure of statements is whole research and its conclusions grounded in Herzberg theory of work motivation and proposed program includes both hygienic and motivational elements.

The goal of the theoretical part of this thesis was to define the basic terms of motivation and job satisfaction, theories of motivation, the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction and performance. The practical part of the thesis describes the job satisfaction analysis at sales department in particular company. The result of this analysis is to recommend possible measures to the company management, which could lead to increase of job satisfaction in particular department.

The thesis deal with motivation and incentive program. The aim is to analyze the way of motivation and incentive program implementation, identify strenghts and weakness and suggest a better solution to the current state. The thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical are explained the basic concepts. In the practical part is analyzed the way of motivation of staff and incentive program implementation in The LEGO Group. The theoretical part is processed on the basis of available literature, the practical part is processed on the basic of an interview stih the Personnel Manager of The LEGO Group and The LEGO Group's internal documents.
Satisfaction of local and foreign workers in the international company

The aim of this thesis is to define basic theoretical background of employee job satisfaction with regard to cultural diversity, carry out an employee satisfaction survey and then compare the level of satisfaction between local and foreign employees. Based on survey results I will suggest corrective actions, which should increase the level of satisfaction of all employees in the company.
Work motivation analysis in public sector

This diploma thesis discusses the work motivation process from a psychological perspective. The key factor is derived from the understanding of work motivation theory in the public sector. This thesis is relatively connected to the bachelor thesis of the author from 2009 but contains many new ideas of the work motivation theory together with an inter-cultural framework. After describing the research methods and expected results, the author inserts new research findings. In conclusion, an analysis of the predicted results is presented together with recommended suggestions, generally applicable to all business units in the public sector.
Analysis of the system of assessment of employees in PROF SVAR s.r.o.

The thesis is dealing with the system of assessment of employees in a firm developing and producing trailer towing devices. The aim of this thesis is to suggest optimization arrangements and eventually recommodations for the improvement of this area of the company's human resource management. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes the question of work motivation, system of assessment of employees, allocation of manpower, remuneration and further training and development of employees. The practical part of the thesis characterizes these areas of the personnel work in the company. Empirical research then discovers attitude of the employees towards the company's system of assessment. Results of the questionnaire examination are used for suggestion of optimization arrangements for the improvement of the system of assessment and strengthen work motivation and satisfaction of the company's employees.

This thesis thoroughly examines systems of remuneration and motivation in the state sector. It describes the process of creation of a salary, its individual elements as well as basic rules that determine the remuneration of employees. Next, this thesis presents a review of the most significant motivational theories and instruments that, in the framework of this thesis, need to be examined in detail, but it also specifies and defines the function and proper use of the mentioned instruments. The main applicable output of this thesis is the analysis of systems of remuneration and motivation in specific governmental agencies and their subsequent comparison, evaluation and recommendation.

Organically growing companies usually reach a point when people management starts to be challenging up to such scale that influences their further development. This master thesis in its first part covers basic topics essential for people management, especially communication, work motivation, job design and leadership. In the second part of this work is focus put on empiric research of a concrete situation inside the selected company, analyses of management interviews and employee questionnaires. The last part then presents a set of recommendations adjusted directly for the researched company in order to help improve current situation.
