Adjustable Wrist Orthosis
Molinari, Petr ; Gajdoš, Petr (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis is focused on construction of adjustable wrist orthosis using the method of Rapid Prototyping. The first part is devoted to the basic principle of Rapid Prototyping and description of the selected aditive technologies. The common part deals with an overview of upper limb orthotics, division of braces and presentation of some mass-produced models. In the section devoted the construction is described the whole process of designing orthosis.
Creating a Simplified CAD Model of the Engine Using Reverse Engineering Method
Koten, Stanislav ; Svída, David (referee) ; Beran, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a simplified CAD model of the engine using 3D digitizing for installation in the car with a tubular frame. The first part describes the issue of reverse engineering, the second part is devoted to the description and function of the optical measuring system GOM ATOS company and the final section describes the scanning geometry of the engine, after-treatment of polygonal mesh and creating a custom 3D model using Autodesk Inventor 2013.
CAD aplications in rapid prototyping
Pešek, Ondřej ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This thesis describes and compares the characteristics of CAD applications with respect to the use of rapid prototyping technology. The first part introduces the basic principles and methods of 3D printing technology and outlines current developments in this area. The second section describes the comparison CAD applications and their capabilities. The last section is devoted to key features of CAD systems. It is a comparison of available options, evaluation and recommendations.
Application of modern methods for production of mobile phone storage stand
Tesař, Jaroslav ; Nejedlý, Jindřich (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The thesis was made as a bachelor’s project on Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Brno University of Technology. In the theoretical part methods of Reverse Engineering were described. The principle of the following technology, the Rapid Prototyping, was also explained and the summary of advantages and disadvantages and use in technical practice for the most important methods was made. In the experimental part of the thesis the modern methods were applied for manufacturing a cell phone holder. By this the possibility of these technologies to work with complexly shaped models was verified. The casting to a silicon form was used as the alternative method of manufacturing. The summary of possibilities of manufacturing with these technologies and technical and economical evaluation were made in the end of the thesis.
Application of modern technologies for the production of the release mechanism of a car door
Hruška, Lukáš ; Dvořáček, Jan (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The Bachelor`s work concerns the production of door ulocking mechanism for a passanger car Renault Megane. From the viewpoint of function and the necessity to keep the exact dimensions of chosen parts were the data for the production obtained by digitalization of a real product. The digitalization was carried out by the contactless optical 3D scanner of GOM mbH company, specifically the developmental series ATOS II Triple Scan. The pin`s data were obtained from parametrical program Autodesk Inventor 2011. For the production of Master models the additive technology Rapid Prototyping, method Fused Deposition Modeling, was used. Master model of the handle was used for the production od solicon mould, that was used for casting of required number of handles from resin. The end of the work deals with a technical and economical assessment of the production. A part of the work is also a summary of the most used methods of Rapid Prototyping and Reversible Engineering.
Application of reverse engineering for design of custom-made upper limb orthosis
Stoklásek, Pavel ; Koutecký, Tomáš (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
The main subject of this bachelor´s thesis is to design appropriate workflow for design of custom-made upper limb orthosis. Main goal of first part is general description of upper limb orthotics, overwiev of orthosis and their manufacturing. Design part deals issue of methodics development of design and manufacturing of wrist hand orthosis using digital technologies during whole design process.
Digitizing of exhaust piping
Janečka, Karel ; Koutný, Daniel (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities and practical use of 3D scanning systems for engineering. The work includes the distribution of basic facilities for 3D digitizing, and their basic properties. The aim of this work is familiar with the procedure in reverse engineering, which is demonstrated on a specific example, the digitization of the exhaust pipe, using the 3D scanner Atos I and CAD system CATIA.
Parts inspections by using reverse engineering methods.
Urbánek, Aleš ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Zouhar, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor work deals with parts inspections by using reverse engineering methods. In first parts is adduced distribution and description devices used for reversing engineering. In next parts of work is characteristic of conventional measuring methods. The parts of this work is practical utilization of ATOS system to verification given part. Purpose of work is comparing conventional measuring methods with reverse engineering methods.
Reverse engineering of platforms Java and Android
Žák, Josef ; Pecinovský, Rudolf (advisor) ; Oraný, Vladimír (referee)
This thesis deals with reverse engineering of Android and Java. It contains a description of existing tools and techniques, including techniques of defense. The first part is focused on available research about the topic. The next part discusses usage of reverse engineering in software development. The next chapters describe Android operating system and concept of a virtual machine on both platforms. Both kinds of architectures are compared (register-based vs stack-based machine). Core of the work is focused on static analysis (content of APK file, disassembling, decompilation). Available decompilers of class and dex files are compared. Testing is made with various versions of Java. The final chapter contains techniques and tools of defense against reverse engineering including a description of pros and cons. Two popular obfuscators are tested (Proguard, DashO).
Malware analysis and reverse engineering
Šváb, Martin ; Čermák, Igor (advisor) ; Hlaváč, Jindřich (referee)
Focus of this thesis is reverse engineering in information technology closely linked with the malware analysis. It explains fundamentals of IA-32 processors architecture and basics of operating system Microsoft Windows. Main part of this thesis is dedicated to the malware analysis, including description of creating a tool for simplification of static part of the analysis. In Conclusion various approaches to the malware analysis, which were described in previous part of the thesis, are practically demonstrated on unknown malware sample.
