The business concept - Wellness Center in the area of Litoměřice

The main aim of this thesis was creating a business concept based on theoretical and practical knowledge. It will serve as the basis for the creation of a new facility providing wellness and fitness services in Litoměřice. The business concept of the wellness hotel, which will provide quality accommodation, catering, fitness and wellness services, was created based on the situational analysis, competitor analysis and analysis needs of the potential customers using questionnaires.

Specific travel tourism services and products for seniors in the Czech republic

The thesis deals with specific segments of the senior travel tourism, as an important type of travel tourism in the Czech republic. The specific charackteritics of demands and preferences of seniors are stated. The quality and amount of the services in travel tourism are evaluated and analyzed. Further, the thesis evaluates subjects offering specific products and services for seniors on the Czech market, in particular activities of tour operators, travel agencies and accommodation providers. These subjects are important involved organizations in the changing society according to the process of ageing of population. Also on this account, seniour travel tourism has a big potential to develop. In the conclusion, all the assumptions of the development of senior travel tourism in the Czech republic are evaluated. The goal of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the level of the services and products being offered to seniors in the Czech republic.
Internet marketing with focus on accommodations

This bachelor thesis deals with use of internet marketing for accommodations. The first part begins with defining basic concepts and presents selected internet marketing tools that can be used just for accommodation. The largest part is primary focused on those, which are then applied in practice. The second part is based on selected tools and tries to apply it in practice. After accomplishing basic analysis, the best marketing tools are selected for practical implementation. In conclusion is evaluated the success of the changes by using analytical tool and are suggested next possible steps.
Analysis of accommodation facilities in Marienbad

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the chosen accommodation facilities in Marienbad. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristics of general terms of tourism and accommodation facilities. The second chapter is devoted to an explanation of the basic terminology concerning the spas, furthermore there is mentioned the history of spas worldwide and in the Czech Republic. In this chapter can be also found a brief history of Marienbad. The third chapter presents the characteristics of the current supply of accommodation facilities in Marienbad. The fourth chapter contains the analysis of chosen facilities. In the last chapter is assessed the overall situation of accommodation facilities in Marienbad.

My bachelor thesis is focused on marketing planning process of Pytloun Design Hotel in Liberec. The aim of the thesis is to set marketing objectives based on situational analysis and to suggest marketing strategy. The first part is theoretical and explains basic terms such as accomodation facility, marketing planning process or marketing mix. Second part is focused on macroenvironment, microenvironment and involves analyses of competitors, customers, current marketing mix and SWOT analysis. In the last part marketing objectives and strategy are set.
Historický vývoj a postavení vybraného hotelu na trhu cestovního ruchu v ČR

The bachelor's thesis is focused on a study of the hotel Crowne Plaza Prague. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the position of the hotel in the tourism market of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part determines definitions of tourism market, accommodation facilities and their standardization and the hotel industry of the Czech Republic. The practical part includes a description of the hotel and his history. The hotel owner is presented and the relation with the hotel's franchiser InterContinental Hotels Group is explained. The analytical part is worked up mainly on the basis of interviews with hotel staff and its aim is an analysis of hotel customers, comparison of hotel capacity, the room prices and chosen services with other Prague 4-star hotels. At the end a SWOT analysis is made. The analysis is an assessment of hotel's position in the tourism market of the Czech Republic and presents suggestions for improvement.
