The possibilities of development of idle the rural tourism potential

The tourism is an ideal opportunity how to develop rural areas. Tourism can bring to these areas missing capital as well as the development of related sections. It is important to have in mind principles of sustainable tourism. The aim of the present study was to suggest possibilities of development of idle the rural tourism potential of chosen area Pohledsko by analyzing tourism potential in this area. The results displayed that this area has great nature, historical, cultural and societal potential. However, there are troubles with accommodation and catering, which limit the development. One possibility in tourism development is to take part in rural tourism by new farm on Duškův hill. The owner of this farm, Mr. Losenický refuses this opportunity for the present. So the possible way is making a new product of rural tourism for one day. This can be the horse ridding to the countryside.
The impact of tourism on protection of nature and environment in the selected region

This dissertation deals with impact of travelling on protection of nature and environment in the region called Žďárské vrchy. It shows the authorities of nature protection in the Czech republic. It contains the description of area itself. This work includes all the sports (cykling, hiking, mountaineering and other winter sports) which are done in this area. These sports can influence environment and this fact is analysed and there is also described the possible way of solution within nature protection of Žďárské vrchy. In this dissertation is described a problem of a sustainable develompment and tourism in this conservation area.

For this product was needed to implement questionary investigation, whether exist raely interest to its. Then precalculation was worked, whether the company might function.
Amenitní migrace a turismus

Amenity migration is new global phenomena. It is a specific type of migration which is not motivated by economic prosperity – it has been brought about by the desire to render more valuable natural or socio-cultural environment of the target territory, and it exists from metropolitan to rural areas. This phenomenon has been strongly supported by the spread of mass information technologies and. Under specific conditions it can become one of societal driving forces determining the socio-economic development of the given region. It seems that tourism play crucial role in formation of amenity migration. It precedes amenity migration being, as a rule, regarded its initial form.
Natural potential, its conservation and possible uses in tourism in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis focuses on the natural potential of the Czech Republic, its conservation and possible uses in tourism. Firstly, the animate and inanimate nature is characterised, the conservation of nature and landscape on the state and international level follows. The types of tourism, which primarily use natural surroundings to their realisation, are defined in the next part. The most important of them are described in the separated subchapters. Also the conflict between using the natural potential and conservation of nature is outlined and the restrictions of carrying on various touristic activities, arised from a legislation, are mentioned. The natural potential and its uses is afterward presented from the point of view of tourist regions. In conclusion, the thesis tries to find a compromise between conservation of nature and its uses in tourism and introduces the types of tourism, which respect the principles of sustainable development.
The relation of visitors of destination to certified regional products

The first part approximates many terms from the tourism that are important for understanding the whole problem of branding of local products. Second part explains the whole problem of local brands as the term local brand, what advantages brands bring, who is responsible for the branding and whom first idea of branding belong to, how the system of branding work etc. The purpose of diploma thesis finds out awareness of visitors of Krkonoše about the local branding. As form was used self prepaired checklist. The problem of local branding supplement knowledges of producers and sellers of certified products.
Sustainable tourism in Slovakia

In the theoretical part the thesis discusses the sustainable tourism which principles are compatible with those of sustainable development and the criterions, according to which the tourism is divided into two categories: sustainable and unsustainable.In the applied part of this bachelor work the theoretical knowledge is used for the comparation of two players in tourism in Slovakia, i. e. (High) Tatra national park and AquaCity Poprad, and for the valuation in terms of their sustainability. In case of (High) Tatra national park there are specified several possibilities how to improve its unsatisfactory state.
EU structural funds with the concentration on environmentally friendly forms of tourism

The objective of this diploma thesis is to present possibilities how to obtain EU financial resources on development of environmentally friendly forms of tourism in the Czech Republic. First part of the thesis focuses on sustainable tourism, the most important legislation of environment protection in the Czech Republic and international and national organizations of this field. Second part is focused on EU social and solidarity policy, Operational Programmes concentrated on environmentally friendly forms of tourism and Rural Development Programme. An example of successful application is a part of the work.

This thesis describes the approach of New Zealand to the sustainable tourism focusing on the environmental pillar.The first chapter deals with the development of tourism, its positive and negative impacts and defines the conception of sustainable tourism in detail.Next chapter provides a short characterization of New Zealand as a developed country and favourite tourist destination.The third chapter consequently analyses the issue of the development of tourism in New Zealand and its impact on the environment.
Biosphere reserve Sumava as a tool for sustainable development of the area

My diploma thesis is focused on the subject of biosphere reserves, as an example of special protected areas, with special regard to BR Šumava. There is examined its current situation and its contribution to sustainable development. At the same time there are being found out the opinions, attitudes and expectations of key local stakeholders and other persons and organizations concerned towards the institution BR Šumava. This thesis deals with optimal functioning model of BR Šumava and its future sustainable development.
