Detached house with an establishment

The aim of the bachelor‘s thesis is to work out the design documentation for realization of the construction of the detached house with an establishment in Havlíčkův Brod. The building is detached, it is functionally divided into two parts – detached house, with a partial basement and two above-ground floor, for up to four-members family and into a single-storey establishment used as a butcher’s with up to three-members staff. The structural system of the building is masonry, the basement masonry is consisted of concrete blocks of permament formwork, the others above-ground floor are consisted of clay blocks. The floor structure is designed of cast-in-place reinforced one-way and two way slabs, the roofing of the building is made of warm flat roof with PVC covering. The external walls are supplied with contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The building is set in a lightly sloping terrain.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is processing of the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building. This apartment building is located in Zlín in the local part Prštné. In the building there are three above-ground floor with a partial basement. Structural system is transversal wall. The foundation construction is designed on the foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed cast-in-place reinforced concrete with fix into the loadbearing transversal walls. The roof is flat with washed river aggregates loading layer. The floor constructions are designed heavy, floating. The thermal insulation of the facade is designed of graphite expanded polystyrene in an ETICS certified system.
Apartment building in Zlín

The content of this bachelor thesis is a design of a newly-built apartment house in the town of Zlín. It is an object with four above-grounf floors and a basement. An object is partially basement. There are 16 dwelling units situated in the four floors above the ground and a pram room, a bycicle storage room and a cellar cubicle for each of the 16 apartments. The building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation strips. Vertical load-bearing constructions are designed from ceramic blocks. Horizontal load-bearing constructions are made from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The object will be protected by a warm flat roof. This thesis contains the project documentation for the construction work which was made in accordance with the valid legal and technical regulations.
CONSTRUCTIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROJECT OF RECONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING ROOSEVELTOVA IN BRNO

This diploma thesis deals with the constructional and technological project of reconstruction of building Rooseveltova in Brno. The basis for this work was the design documentation for the realization of this project. The technical reports provides all the basic information about the construction to this project. Demolition works and implementation of cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor are detailed processing in the technological regulations. Control and test plans, time and financial plans, drawings of building equipment, draft of machinery and plans of health and safety and fire prevention are also component of this project. Another annex of this thesis is budget and selected assembly details.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of a new building "retirement home", a home with a special regime, in the form of project documentation for the construction. The building is partly basement with four above-ground floors and covered by a single-layer flat roof. On the first floor there are common, operational spaces and spaces for commercial use. The other above-ground floors are identical and serve as an accommodation. There is mostly technical background in the basement. The construction system is a wall bi-directional of brick masonry elements, with the exception of basement masonry, which is made of reinforced concrete. The object is based on foundation pads and strips. Ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The whole building is insulated by contact insulation and has a ventilated facade.
Apartment Building in Litomyšli

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documetation for the construstion of a new apartment building in Litomyšl. The city is located in Pardubice region.The apartment building has three above-ground floors. The house is non-cellular. The object contains six apartment units. The house is located in a sloping terrain. The building is based on a concrete monolithic strip foundation and footings. The perimeter masonry is out of the system VELOX, which consists of štěpkocement board. The boards form a lost formwork fulfilled concrete core, in which the thermal insulation of the stabilized expanded polystyrene with addition graphite is incorporated. The celling construction is constituted of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, which are reinforced by a cross or one-way. The walls in the contact with the soil are made from the lost formwork of štěpkocement boards fulfilled with a concrete core with thermal insulation extruded polystyrene in the backsplash zone. Above this level there will be an insulation of non-flamble mineral wool. The roof is warmflat and its stabilizing layer is made of fluvial aggregate. On the roof a roof garden with a layer of plastic tercce planks is placed.

There are 16 dwelling units situated in the four floors above the ground and a garage for 10 cars, a pram room, a bicycle storage room and a cellar cubicle for each of the 16 apartments. The building is based on a waterproof reinforced concrete structure of a “white bathtub”. Vertical load-bearing constructions are designed from ceramic blocks. Horizontal load-bearing constructions are made from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The object will be protected by a warm flat roof. This thesis contains the project documentation for the construction work which was made in accordance with the valid legal and technical regulations.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the building construction project of Residence Dlouha in Olomouc. It is an apartment building with two to four floors and a basement with garages. The diploma thesis contains a time and finance schedule, a site equipment project and technological procedure of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and a green roof including a quality control. Moreover, a set of machines, usage options of a tower crane or a mobile crane and usage options of a mobile pump or a concrete container have been processed for this building. During the building process it is cared about work safety and environment protection.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a design of a new detached apartment building in Nový Jičín. It is presented as a design documentation for a building construction. The building has a cellar and four above-ground floors and is covered by a single-shell flat roof. It is founded on a strip foundation and pads. There are 13 apartments in the above-ground floors with a size ranging from a studio apartment with a kitchen to 4-room flat with a balcony or a terrace. In the basement, there are technical facilities, garages and storage space for residents of the apartments. The wall cross-section structural system is made from HELUZ masonry units except for the basement external wall which is made of reinforced concrete. The ceiling construction is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The whole building is insulated with contact thermal insulation and provided with a ventilated façade.
