Customer Satisfaction with the Services of Telephone Mobile Sector

This bachelor´s thesis deals with an analysis of customer satisfaction at the O2, Vodafone and T-Mobile. The work is based on theoretical findings oriented on customers, methods of measuring customer satisfaction, and marketing research which represents the mainstay of the work. The companie are described and analyzed in the practical part. Furthermore, the results are processed and evaluated on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Consequently, some measures are suggested for improving customer satisfaction at this companies.

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on customer satisfaction assessment in the Pekárna Crocus, Ltd. Using a questionnaire, which was presented to respondents, and his analysis was the found current customer satisfaction. The thesis also contains proposals and recommendations that may lead to an increase in the existing level of customer satisfaction.

Monitoring of Interest in Physical Activity among 2nd Grade Pupils in Svratka Region

This bachelor’s thesis based on „Monitoring of Interest in Physical Activity among 2nd Grade Pupils in Svratka Region“ contains in the theoretical part explanation of the terms of monitoring, physical activity and pedometer and describes in detail analysed location of Svratecko. The research includes 20 schoolchildren from Svratka and Herálec, each of them received a pedometer for a week for evaluating their physical activity. To ensure the sufficient amount of data on physical activity pupils were also used short anonymous questionnaires. The final output of this work consists of the evaluation of the respondents' physical activity and recommendations for improvement or expansion of physical education in elementary school or proposal of sports clubs with physical activities that aren’t in the vicinity. One of the secondary outputs of the work is also the survey of lifestyle diseases in the selected assemblage of pupils.

Customer Satisfaction Analysis and Proposals for its Improvement

This thesis focuses on the analysis of members satisfaction and loyalty of the selected fitness club ZONE4YOU, ltd. Analysis is carried out through a questionnaire, which includes a metric Net Promoter Score (NPS) as a tool for querying. The thesis finding is real satisfaction and loyalty of members. It also includes proposals that can increase the current level of customer satisfaction and willingness to recommend the fitness club to the others.

The analysis of customer satisfaction is realized in the company KOVONA SYSTEM a.s. and based on questionnaire which is sent to clients to fill out. The output of this thesis includes proposals which should increase the customer satisfaction.
