The goal of this thesis was making a business plan for creating a ca café in the town of Žďár and Sázavou. The thesis is made up out of three parts, the theoretical, the analytical and the suggestions of solution. In the theoretical part the basic business concepts are defined, as well as making a business plan. The analytical part focused on the current situation of the market, using chosen analysis. In the final part a custom concept of a business plan for café Mňau coffee was created.

The dissertation is engaged also in analysis of investment credit and finacial leasing offers and benchmarking of both. The main purpose of the financial analyses is suggestion of the financing of the prarticular company.
