Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat podnikatelský plán na téma "Výstavba a provoz penzionu", který je dopodrobna zpracovaný a životaschopný. Součástí práce je také literární rešerše, která předkládá teoretické znalosti z vybrané oblasti. V literární rešerši autor čtenáře seznamuje se základními pojmy v podnikání a agroturistice. Dále pak s podnikatelským plánem a jeho jednotlivými částmi. Informace v této části vznikly studiem odborné literatury a její implementací. Se získanými teoretickými poznatky je nadále pracováno v praktické části diplomové práce. V praktické části je zpracovaný kompletní podnikatelský plán podniku Agropenzion Zlatý Dvůr s.r.o. Samotný podnikatelský plán následně tvoří titulní strana, kde jsou zobrazené základní informace o podniku. Následně pak obsah, exekutivní souhrn, popis podnikatelské příležitosti, cíle firmy a vlastníků, marketingový plán, operační plán, personální zdroje, finanční plán, analýza jednotlivých rizik a jejich management, analýza prostředí s vybranými analýzami. The aim of the thesis is to process a detailed business plan with the topic "Building-up and Running of a Boarding-house" which is viable. A part of the thesis is a literrary recherche which submits theoretical knowledge from the chosen area. Basic therms from the area of business and agrotourism are submitted by the author.The business plan and its individual parts follow. The information in this part originated via studying of technical literature and its implementation.The information is further used in a practical part of the thesis. The complete business plan of Agropenzion Zlatý Dvůr is processed in the practical part of the thesis.The business plan itself is made of the front page (showing basic information about the business), a content, an executive summary, a description of the business opportunity, the aims of the firm and its owners, a marketing plan, an operation plan, personnel sources, a financial plan, an analyses of the environment with chosen analyses.
