Kindergarten Krabík

The aim of this master´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for kindergarten with almost zero energy consumption. The project consists of three main parts. The first part is devoted to the civil engineering design of the building. The building is designed regarding to architectural expression, quality of made and type of use. The kindergarten is designed with capacity of 48 children split into two departments. The second part is devoted to the design of HVAC systems. The building uses mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, heating is provided by two gas boilers and the need of electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. Captured rainwater is used effectively. The third part values the building regarding the method of multi–criteria analysis. For this evaluation uses national method SBToolCZ.
Cooperation of heat pump and photovoltaic power plant

The bachelor's thesis assesses the heating system of a family house with a heat pump, which cooperates with photovoltaic power plant with storage heat and electricity. The theoretical part describes the main components of the system – heat pump, photovoltaic system, electricity accumulator and heat accumulator. The practical part calculates the energy requirements of the building and describes the proposed system, including the scheme. Based on the calculations and graphical representation, the system is evaluated in the balance sheet in individual months. Finally, it is economically compared with an electric boiler heating.

This diploma thesis deals with available technologies when designing autonomous house. Theoretical part of this thesis shows and presents options for gaining energy from renewable resources and options for energy storage. The practical part of the thesis is focused on designing partly autonomous system for model house using renewable resources. In the thesis are three options of gainig energy for the house, from which is chosen the best option.

The thesis also deals with the description of photovoltaic systems and the system of accumulation of energy in accumulators. In the final part are the system and legislative conditions analyzed. In the practical part of the work is shown photovoltaic power plant design with PV*SOL software.
Construction Project for Implementation of Houses in Slavkov - Pod Zlatou horou

The subject of the diploma thesis is the solution of chosen parts of the construction technology project of the 1st phase of the construction „Komplex RD Slavkov, Pod Zlatou horou“. These are 4 semi-detached houses, overall 8 family houses. The work deals with technological regulations for the superstructure including roof, study of the realization of the construction technology project, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms and control and test plan. For the whole construction is elaborated time and financial plan in two variants, namely the gradual and current method of construction, and a detailed schedule for one semi-detached house. The technical report of the building site equipment is completed with the drawings, itemized budget of the building part of the house, noise study and specialization focused on the photovoltaic system, with an alternative solution to use solar collectors. The thesis also includes a case study of construction methods focused on the gradual and current method of construction.
