Concept for Remunaration System in the BGS Energy plus,Inc.
Vaňorek, Tomáš ; Ryšavá, Veronika (referee) ; Konečná, Zdeňka (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is upgrading the existing remuneration system that supports employee performance, and thus performance across the organization. Analyze the current situation in the particular company and on that basis to suggest possible changes in the existing system of employee compensation. The work is detailed in the company BGS Energy Plus, Inc., which makes use of market opportunities in renewable energy.
Utilization of biomass energy
Horváth, Martin ; Bok, Jaromír (referee) ; Procházka, Zdeněk (advisor)
Restoring sources of a energy and their development brings questions how these can be these sources the best utilized. The main aim of my bachelor`s thesis is an acquainted with methods of biomass conversion to energetic potential and his advantage. Than is mentioned proper project of the biogas plant and calculation of produced electric energy quantity in select cogeneration unit base on data on specific excrements production bred pigs and biogas production from slurry. The result is a variant evaluation of economy of the biogas plant operation for agricultural enterprise according to number of bred pigs and possibility of electric energy utilization.
Biogas plants
Hudečková, Eva ; Moskalík, Jiří (referee) ; Fortelný, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with biogas plants. In thesis are described suitable inlet feedstock for anaerobic fermentation, described proces of fermentation and there are mentioned basic elements of biogas plant. In next part of thesis was described concrete biogas plant and there were worked out energy and economic balance. In simplicity there were calculated return of investment and economic benefits for farm.
UTILIZATION OF BIOGAS IN TRANSPORT
Štylárek, Milan ; Zháňal, Lubor (referee) ; Vopařil, Jan (advisor)
Objective of this bachelor thesis is evaluating the possibility of utilization of biogas as an alternative fuel for combustion engines in traffic. Production and distribution of upgraded biogas is described as well as situation of its utilization in the world. This is followed by a comparison of situation in biomethan utilization in Czech republic and Sweden. There are explained barriers to commercial placing and its possible eliminating. In the end the model study of replacement of farm vehicle fleet for CNG vehicles is described.
Biogas Plant Telč
Novák, František ; Hubáček,, Petr (referee) ; Myslín, Jiří (advisor) ; Skála, Jiří (advisor)
The biogas plant in Telč. Administrative and laboratory building is located on the premises of a biogas plant on the outskirts of Telč in the field of science and technology park. Half of a two-storey building will be used for laboratory tests which, under different operating conditions and settings will test changing input of crops, optimization of these parameters in different technological settings to maximize energy output. It will also be a place of management of biogas plant. The building is located in a slightly hilly terrain at an altitude of 539,350 meters and complies with disabled access.
Biogas Plant Telč
Kundrák, Karol ; Klimek, Karel (referee) ; Myslín, Jiří (advisor) ; Čuprová, Danuše (advisor)
This proposal called "development of VTP and CTT Vysočina” counts with the intention of building a science and technology park , which under different conditions will test composition of crop input parameters for biogas production and energy utilization . The aim of the thesis was to design a building of Science and Technology Park and laboratories which has a very simple and logically arranged disposition but also representative exterior which creates a strong industrial character . VTPL building is designed as one and partly two-storey building which consist of one two-storey blocks and three single-storey blocks, which gradually shrink and copy the triangular shaped site. The building was designed in a way to ensure a smooth transition of materials from technological objects into the VTPL building and then to individual laboratories and offices . To achieve expression of industrial building was covered in aluminum composite siding.
Maize (Zea mays L.) cultivation for energy use
JIRAŇ, Michal
Maize is one of the world's among one of the most important crops. It is grown not only for food or feed but now increasingly used in industry. One of the possibilities of its use, which in recent years in the Czech Republic increased, the conversion of the biomass in the biogas into methane and other substances generated by anaerobic fermentation. Resulting gas mixture can be used for example to generate electricity through cogeneration units. The work is focused on the description of agricultural operations in the cultivation of maize sown. The work also describes the possibilities of using energy.
Proposal for measures to increase the efficiency of particular biogas station "Měčín" in the district Klatovy
MACH, Stanislav
The thesis is mainly aimed at agricultural biogas stations. The theoretical part is focused on agricultural biogas stations operation and the use of generated waste that is produced there. The practical part describes the economy, technology and the operation of the agricultural biogas stations Měčín. Further, the thesis suggests some measures to increase the efficiency by selecting appropriate substrates and especially the utilization of waste heat, which is not significantly used by the company.
The Specifics of the Construction and Operation of Agricultural Biogas Stations
Chládek, Ivo ; Kolář, Pavel (advisor) ; Hašková, Simona (referee)
The subject of this thesis is precisely what one sentence he says her name - the specifics of the construction and operation of agricultural biogas plants ( BPZS ) including assessment of their economic efficiency in terms of the existing subsidy , subsidy and incentive policies for renewable energy sources ( RES) . The site -specific construction and operation in the detail reports for this purpose specially modified documents business plan - feasibility and economic audit. Economic efficiency of the existing subsidy , subsidy and incentive policy examines modern fundamental financial analysis projects based APV ( taking into account the effects of special financing details of the NPV) . Based on its findings the conclusion of the practical part of the thesis formulated specific recommendations that can effectively contribute to the suppression of the feared consequences of the expected boom BPZS development in the country.
Effects of different intensities of fertilization to yield of selected species of energy grasses
GAZÁREK, Lukáš
The importance of renewable energy sources increases with increasing power consumption and heat generation while declining reserves of fossil fuels. For the Czech Republic in future could be a very important source of biomass electricity. Bachelor thesis in the first part literature review describes the importance of renewable energy sources and their different types and use in our country. In other parts of this work closer look at the use of biomass to produce electricity and heat. Eventually, the paper describes two selected species of grasses and energy to: Reed canary grass (Phalaris arundinacea L.) and Szarvasi - 1. In the end review of the literature deals with the individual plant nutrition macro- and microelements, and finally describes the fertilizer that was used in the cultivation plants specified above. In the practical part conducted experiments in three intensities fertilization. The first variant was called. Extensive when plants were fertilized. In the second variant was used ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, superphosphate and triple potassium salt. The latter variant was fertilized digestate as a product of a biogas plant in which these plants are growing just as the input product. The measurement revealed some interesting facts. According dry matter yield responded Phalaris L. arundiacea best to fertilization with mineral fertilizers, poorer yields gave variant fertilized by digestate and lowest yields were recorded for extensive, or unfertilised stand. Elymus elongatus provided in its spring mowing best result in fertilized by digestate form and fall in intensive variant. Both plants provide higher returns in the spring mowing, mowing than in autumn. In the yield of fresh matter during the spring harvest proved the use of organic digestate, while the harvest of autumn fell the most intense flavor. According to the percentage of dry matter content is the best option appeared to be extensive with the exception of the autumn harvest Phalaris arundiacea when intense flavor gave the highest dry matter content.
