[cze][eng] Význam obnovitelných zdrojů roste se zvyšující se spotřebou elektrické energie a tepla a zároveň snižujícími se zásobami fosilních paliv. Pro Českou republiku by v budoucnu mohla být biomasa velice významným zdrojem obnovitelné energie. Bakalářská práce ve své první části, literární rešerši, popisuje význam obnovitelných zdrojů a jejich jednotlivé druhy a využití na území našeho státu. V dalších částech se tato práce blíže zabývá využitím biomasy za účelem výroby elektrické energie a tepla. V další části rešerše jsou popsány dva vybrané druhy energetických trav, jedná se o lesknici rákosovitou (Phalaris arundinacea L.) a Elymus elongatus - odrůda Szarvasi-1. V závěru literárního přehledu je pojednáno o výživě rostlin jednotlivými makroprvky i mikroprvky a nakonec jsou popsána hnojiva, jež byla použita při pěstování výše uvedených rostlin. V praktické části probíhaly pokusy ve třech intenzitách hnojení. První variantou byla tzv. extenzivní, kdy rostliny hnojeny nebyly. Ve druhé variantě bylo použito síranu amonného, dusičnanu amonného, superfosfátu trojitého a draselné soli. Poslední varianta byla hnojena digestátem, jakožto vedlejším produktem bioplynové stanice, do kterých se právě tyto rostliny pěstují jako vstupní produkt. Vlastní měření odhalilo několik zajímavých skutečností. Dle výnosu sušiny reagovala Phalaris arundiacea L. nejlépe na hnojení minerálními hnojivy, horší výnosy poskytla varianta hnojená digestátem a nejnižší výnosy byly naměřeny u extenzivního, čili nehnojeného porostu. Elymus elongatus poskytl ve své jarní seči nejlepší výsledek v digestátem hnojené formě a na podzim v intenzivní variantě. Obě rostliny poskytly vyšší výnosy v jarní seči, než v seči podzimní. Ve výnosu čerstvé hmoty se při jarní sklizni osvědčilo použití organického digestátu, přičemž při sklizni podzimní dopadla nejlépe varianta intenzivní. Dle procentického obsahu sušiny se nejlépe jevila extenzivní varianta s výjimkou podzimní sklizně Phalaris arundiacea, kdy intenzivní varianta poskytla nejvyšší obsah sušiny.The importance of renewable energy sources increases with increasing power consumption and heat generation while declining reserves of fossil fuels. For the Czech Republic in future could be a very important source of biomass electricity. Bachelor thesis in the first part literature review describes the importance of renewable energy sources and their different types and use in our country. In other parts of this work closer look at the use of biomass to produce electricity and heat. Eventually, the paper describes two selected species of grasses and energy to: Reed canary grass (Phalaris arundinacea L.) and Szarvasi - 1. In the end review of the literature deals with the individual plant nutrition macro- and microelements, and finally describes the fertilizer that was used in the cultivation plants specified above. In the practical part conducted experiments in three intensities fertilization. The first variant was called. Extensive when plants were fertilized. In the second variant was used ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, superphosphate and triple potassium salt. The latter variant was fertilized digestate as a product of a biogas plant in which these plants are growing just as the input product. The measurement revealed some interesting facts. According dry matter yield responded Phalaris L. arundiacea best to fertilization with mineral fertilizers, poorer yields gave variant fertilized by digestate and lowest yields were recorded for extensive, or unfertilised stand. Elymus elongatus provided in its spring mowing best result in fertilized by digestate form and fall in intensive variant. Both plants provide higher returns in the spring mowing, mowing than in autumn. In the yield of fresh matter during the spring harvest proved the use of organic digestate, while the harvest of autumn fell the most intense flavor. According to the percentage of dry matter content is the best option appeared to be extensive with the exception of the autumn harvest Phalaris arundiacea when intense flavor gave the highest dry matter content.
