Kudr, Jan ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (advisor)
Those theses describe complex of motorbike chassis and components from racing sector. Here is explained geometry of motorbike chassis and impact to riding properties. Geometry of motorbike chassis and driving style are closely linked with adjusting of damping and springing. In the end, depending on chassis adjustment tires can show us how good or how bad is adjusted the chassis.
Rallye Championships and Used Engineering Including WRC Series
Novák, Pavel ; Porteš, Petr (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
The content of the bachelor thesis is an overview of the current condition of technics used in the car racing competitions focused on the WRC serial. The thesis is diveded into five parts. The first part introduces the contemporary car competitions and FIA federation. The second part is focused on specification of the WRC cars. The third part familiarizes with the organization process of the WRC championship. There are introduced crews with their teams and their results in the constructor cup. The main attention is given to the parts four and five which deal with the contemporary engineering used in WRC and the development trends in this field. There are given methods of virtual designing, computer simulation and testing. In the conclusion of the thesis there are mentioned examples of WRC car development and solutions assumed for the serial cars from the WRC technics.
Current situation of research into interaction of tire with surface
Kleger, Ondřej ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Pokorný, Jan (advisor)
Modeling and simulation belong to very important tools used in automotive industry of present days. Simulation forms basis for both – new vehicle development and also improvement of vehicles already in production. A key role of simulation may be seen in the development of vehicle active safety features such as “Anti-Block System” (ABS), “Anti-Slip Regulation” (ASR), “Electronic Stability Program” (ESP) etc. As a common feature, all of the listed systems require accurate simulation of the interaction between the tire and the road surface. Thanks to simulation tools we can model driving situations and behavior of the whole system so that it nearly mimics real behavior of the vehicle on the road. Nevertheless; despite continuously increasing accuracy of the simulation tools, a development process still cannot be completed without real tests and measurements on tires and road surface characteristics.
Life termination of automotive tires
Poul, Ondřej ; Dvořáček, Jiří (referee) ; Brandejs, Jan (advisor)
Objective of this bachelor thesis is characterization of pneumatic tyre abolition. Discarded tyre amount detection, methods and possiblities of recycling and its evaluation is related. Part of the thesis is also reasoning on next utilization of the materials. Conclusion includes delimitation of future developments.
Motivation of the Manufacturing Company Employees
Tomíšková, Tereza ; Kašparová, Eva (advisor) ; Chládová, Martina (referee)
The following BA thesis deals with employees' motivation, its main focus being the inner motivation of the workers, their needs and motivation profiles in general. The work consists of a theoretical account of the said problematic reaching from explaining the basic terminology and sketching out the selected motivation theories to the concept of the worker in a certain company. This is followed by the practical part where the selected manufacturing company as well as the results of the carried out analysis are presented. These data were provided by means of a written enquiry about a certain part of the production, and their aim was to confirm or to falsify the beforehand laid down hypotheses. These were above all concerned with the personal characteristics of a worker employed in a manufacturing company.
Legislative problematics of rubber waste processing
Harant, Petr ; Říhová, Zora (advisor) ; Janovský, Vladan (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of rubber waste legislative focusing on waste tyres. The aim of the thesis is a thorough analysis of current legislative including newly prepared alterations with emphasis on specific lingering problems. A project of secondary material recycling, which has been created in current legal conditions, will be introduced. The project is assessed in terms of project managment methodology and the thesis concludes by suggesting an ideal project managment approach for realization of similar projects. Close cooperation has been established during realization of the project. At the same time, relevant government offices have been asked for information on the legislative and the whole issue has been consulted with respective offices. The introduction of the thesis familiarizes readers with basic points connected with project managment and tyres characteristics. Subsequently the relevant legislative related to waste tyres is mapped. The last part of the thesis is devoted to secondary material recycling project and its conclusion suggests the course of each of the project's life cycle stage using knowledge of project managment.
ANALYSIS OF THE TRANSPORT MACHINES TYRES INFLUENCE OVER THE SECURITY OF WORK ON THE BRAE
