On the second above-ground floor, a training room, hygienic facilities, clean changing rooms and a kitchen with a dining room are designed from the existing layout. On this floor, a superstructure is designed above the existing garages, where there are facilities for employees - a living room, offices, bedrooms with sanitary facilities. The extension is based on foundation passes in the unfrozen depth and lost formwork. The vertical supporting structures of the extension are made of ceramic blocks and insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system. The entire extension is separated from the existing structures. The vertical supporting structures of the superstructure are designed from ceramic blocks with mineral insulation. The horizontal structures are designed from a ceramic mounted ceiling.
