Bakalářská práce řeší projekt novostavby rodinného domu s provozovnou v zastavěné části obce Myslibořice. Rodinný dům je navržen do písmene L jako jednopodlažní s částečným podsklepením. Objekt je řešen jako stěnový konstrukční systém založený na základových pasech. Střešní konstrukci tvoří plochá a sedlová střecha. Navrhovaný rodinný dům má dva hlavní vstupy, a to do prostor provozovny a do části určené k bydlení. Obě tyto části jsou dispozičně propojeny. This bachelor’s thesis deals with the project of a new-build detached house with the business premises in the built-up area of the village Myslibořice. This detached house was designed as the L-shaped ground floor building with the part cellar. The building is dealt as a rigid wall construction system based on strip foundations. The roof construction is made as a flat and saddle-shaped roof. This detached house has two main entrances that one of them leads to the business premises and the other one to the living quarters. Both parts of the building are connected in its disposition.
