Optimization of a selected manufacturing production

Táto diplomová práca popisuje optimizáciu obrábacieho procesu za účelom zvýšenia produktivity výrobnej linky. Zadanie bolo vypracované v priebehu priemyselnej stáže vo firme Stellantis na obábacej linke blokov valcov motoru DV. Práca vysvetľuje metódy analýzy strát produktivity na výrobnej linke a aplikácii opatrení smerujúcich ku zvýšeniu produktivity, obzvlásť nasadenie nástrojov štíhlej výroby. Najviac boli nasadené nástroje SMED, ktorého cieľom je optimizácia výmeny rezných nástrojov, a TPM, ktorý ma za cieľ zvýšiť spoľahlivosť výrobných prostriedkov.

On the analyses of cutiing tools coated with PVD coatings

In this diploma thesis, literary research about drilling and coating technology focused on PVD coatings was performed. Furthermore, there is an overview of cutting materials. In the experimental part of the work, the attention is dedicated to tests of twist drills from cemented carbide and high-speed steel materials. For these drills, the feed force Ff and the cutting moment Mc were measured when drilling into austenitic stainless steel. At the end of this work, the technical and economic evaluation of the practical part is presented.

Sharpening and producing standard tools on a CNC grinder Walter

This bachelor´s thesis presents a modern five-axis CNC machine HELITRNIC POWER from the company Walter Maschinenbau GmbH, which is designed for sharpening and production of rotary, cutting tools. The project provided the most commonly used types of tools, their materials and surface treatment (coating). Furthermore, there is described the production process and sharpening of tools using control software Tool Studio, when considered appropriate wheels and clamping devices. Finally, it provided an economic assessment of costly equipment.

The master‘s thesis deals with marketing auditing of company Tungaloy Rus with a special focus on its employees’ satisfaction. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the meaning and importance of marketing audit, as well as the concept of employees’ satisfaction and modern approaches to its measurement. The analytical part of the thesis focuses on performing the marketing audit of company Tungaloy Rus and surveying the satisfaction of its employees. The proposal part of the thesis aims to making a set of recommendations based on the results of the marketing audit and the satisfaction research, which leads to improving the company's marketing activities.

This diploma thesis is aimed on methods of the coating cutting material (cemented carbide, cermets, cutting ceramic, super hard materials) and evalutation individual method regarding technological posibilities of deposition of hard coatings a their mechanical, thermal and che-mical properties. The task of the work is full elaboration obtained technical knowledges and mainly evalutation a comparison of the work conditions (kind of the cutting materials, cutting conditions) that selected producers recomended for effective turning aplications of the coa-tings cutting materials.

The third part deals with coated cemented carbide product range in the world's leading producer of tools and tool materials.

Modern cutting tools for grooving and cutting-off

The presented diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with modern catting tools for grooving and cutting-off, choice of material of catting inserts, and with types of tool wear and their classification. The second part of the thesis deals with calculation of volumetric wear of catting tool for grooving. There was measured the power load of the new and worn tool in the experimental part and the observed data were evaluated by software. The graphs of power load and volumetric wear of tool were created.

Draft of rotary part production technology

The thesis is focused on concept of manufacturing technology for rotary part in case of mass production. The main aim was established suitable manufacturing technology for rotary part, choosing lathe machine, cutting tools and creating of NC program. The part of diploma thesis contains configuration of lathe machine in software Sinumerik. Document includes also the basic rules for developing NC program for two channels lathe.
