Diplomová práce je zaměřena na metody povlakování materiálů pro řezné nástroje (slinuté karbidy, cermety, řezná keramika, supertvrdé materiály) a vyhodnocení jednotlivých metod z hlediska technologických možností nanášení tvrdých vrstev a jejich mechanických, tepelných a chemických vlastností. Cílem této práce je komplexní zpracování získaných technických poznatků a zejména vyhodnocení a porovnání pracovních podmínek (druh obráběného materiálu, řezné podmínky – vc, f, ap), které vybraní výrobci doporučují pro efektivní sou-stružnické aplikace svých povlakovaných nástrojových materiálů. This diploma thesis is aimed on methods of the coating cutting material (cemented carbide, cermets, cutting ceramic, super hard materials) and evalutation individual method regarding technological posibilities of deposition of hard coatings a their mechanical, thermal and che-mical properties. The task of the work is full elaboration obtained technical knowledges and mainly evalutation a comparison of the work conditions (kind of the cutting materials, cutting conditions) that selected producers recomended for effective turning aplications of the coa-tings cutting materials.
