Práce je zaměřena na návrh technologického postupu výroby skládaného zalomeného hřídele. Spočívá ve volbě nástrojů, volbě a optimalizaci řezných podmínek a návrhu technologických postupů pro výrobu jednotlivých součástí a následně sestavy. V sestavě jsou dále vypočítány potřebné parametry pro nalisování komponent. Zvolené řezné podmínky jsou experimentálně verifikovány. This thesis is focused on proposal of production process of assembled crankshaft. It consists of choice of tools, data selection and optimisation for manufacture of individual components and for the assembly. In the assembly are also calculated important parameters for pressing components. Selected cutting conditions are experimentally verified.
