Legal regulation of employment and welfare during unemployment

Legal regulation of employment and security against unemployment At the present time of economical recession many countries battle against high unemployment, which can contribute to many economical and social problems. The purpose of my thesis is to describe legal regulation of employment and security against unemployment in the Czech Republic. I focused on main parts of legal regulation and also thought over some institutes. When I came to the conclusion, that the legal regulation has some drawbacks, I suggested that an amendment should be passed. The thesis is composed of eight chapters. Chapter one defines unemployment and its kinds and elucidates, what full employment means, because it is the aim of legal regulation of employment in many countries. At the end of this chapter I sumarize developement of unemployment in Czech Republic from 1990 to present. Chapter two deals with right to work. I enumerate most important international documents, where right to work is regulated. Full employment was also soon mentioned as the basic aim of countries. Similar developement in Community law is described in part four. Valuation of Limited Liability Company

The main goal of the thesis is to find the market value of the limited liability company as of the date 31. 12. 2014. Companys business activities are divided into four divisions : accumulators and batteries, measuring equipment, security systems and solar systems. Financial analysis is conducted for the enterprise as a whole, strategic analysis is due to the different sectors in which the individual divisions operate handled separately for each division. Based on the results of the financial and strategic analysis, the valuation method of the discounted cash flow variant entity was used to determinate the estimated market value. The prognosis of the value drivers and financial plan are also parts of this thesis.

Ensure of individual in traditional village comunity

The thesis deals with the topic of securing individuals in different contexts. In the first charter the social structure of a village is introduced. The particular position of a local community member influenced his/her opportunities of financial securing, rights and responsibilities. Next the work deals with relationships within the village community and in the line of the ruler, the nobility and villeins. Different strategies of the civil service are also presented. Finally three ways of securing an individual are described - financial security after entering into a marriage, provision after retirement, the right of heritage and final settlement. Diploma thesis: Shares, their legal nature and classification according to their types. The purpose of my thesis is to analyse contemporary shares legislation and compare the attitude to this area of law of the Czech legislator with the German law. The thesis is composed of nine chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of shares legislation. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis: shares, nominal capital, security etc. The chapter deals with the history of legislation of corporations and new tendencies in this branch of law as well. Chapter Two describes the connection between shares and a nominal capital of corporation. This chapter focuses especially on the issue of nominal value of shares and premium (agio). Chapter Three explains an issue of a share as a set of rights of a shareholder. Chapter Four deals with the relation between the term of share on the one hand and the term of security on the other. Chapter Five concentrates on problems resulting from the principal of inseparability of shares. Chapter Six, Seven and Eight deal with aspects of emission of shares, dematerialized shares and related legal issues. Typology of the EU asylum policy in relation to asylum seekers

The aim of the thesis is an outline of the evolution of European asylum policy of asylum policies towards asylum seekers within seven EU member countries since 1990. The brief description of common trends in asylum policy in European Union and EFTA (European Free Trade Zone) member countries and outline of current policy towards asylum seekers, where current living conditions are part of it. Also the position of asylum seekers in specific spheres such as education, right to work, financial and social security, health service and accommodation is discussed. Another goal is to compare the practices in the asylum policy in the Czech Republic with the policies towards the asylum seekers of other six EU member countries - Denmark, France, Germany, Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. There is also an introduction of governmental steps which deal with the immigration law or asylum law and therefore regulate the living conditions of asylum seekers in their country.

Welfare during unemployment and its legal regulation in the CR and abroad - a comparison between the CR and the Federal Republic of Germany

The topic of this thesis is "Unemployment benefit and its legal regulations in the Czech Republic and abroad - comparison of the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany." Taking into account that the problem of unemployment is very complex and cannot be viewed apart, this thesis attempts to analyse this problem from different perspectives. In the first chapter the essential terms are explained in detail for the sake of better comprehension of the whole matters. A different section of the thesis is also devoted to a brief description of the impact of unemployment not only on single individual, but also on the society as a unit. Another part of this work is conceived as a cross - section of how the unemployment security was solved in a light of various historical events and related attitudes and circumstances in the past. The mayor emphasis has been placed on the key period of 1918 - 1989. Considerable part of this work is given to the topic of employment policy and its instruments. Considering the fact the thesis seeks to bring the most possible complex view of the issue of unemployment benefit, could not be leaved out the explanation of the key concepts such as right to work and right to employment. Security and management of mobile devices in the enterprise IT

The diploma thesis deals with the management and security of mobile devices in the enterprise IT. The aim of the work is to familiarize the reader with the issue of enterprise mobility. As enterprise mobility covers a vast area and an important aspect of greatly efficient and secure use of any company's mobile devices is their mobile strategy, the work focuses on the process of creating a mobile security strategy and providing guidelines for its successful implementation. The integration of smart phones into a corporate infrastructure is a complex act. It is necessary to take into account the many safety demands and requirements for interoperability. The issue of mobile enterprise device management and security is very broad. Another part of the work describes various mobile platforms in terms of their suitability for use in the enterprise IT. Operating systems are analyzed in detail from several different points of view. The work provides insight into the market of operating systems and explains the basic security threats to which these systems are exposed and recommends ways of protection against unwanted effects. The final part of the thesis deals with design solutions management and security of mobile devices in the company. On the basis of the requirements set suggests a solution that encompasses deployment of Mobile Device Management device management and security proposes rules for the extension of security policy on mobile device management.

Termination of employment in an international comparison - a comparison of the Czech republic and the Slovakia Resumé: The aim of this thesis is to discuss the termination of employment contract from the multinational perspective, ČR a SR. Thesis is thematically divided into 4 large groups containing the termination of employment contract on international, Czech and Slovak legal grounds respectively alongside with the comparison of individual dissolution acts. Labor law is a legal discipline which is dynamically evolving and modernized whilst there are apparent differences in the comparison of labor law regulation within the EU member states. ČR and SR both approach the modernization of labor law in a different manner and the necessary flexibility of the labor market, employee protection and social security are incorporated in their systems of law with certain differences. The beginning of the thesis provides a brief excursus to the history of labor law. This thesis deals with the issue of market IS / ICT, particularly focusing on the analysis of the current situation. The first part is devoted to a slight look into the past and then the market IS / ICT has been analyzed in terms of factors and market actors. The following part of the paper focuses on the analysis of the structure of firms implementing its activities in the market IS / ICT. The last part of the paper explores the potential market developments and tries to predict the development and the key trends for the future are seen dynamic network services, teamwork, mobile enterprise, security, and last but not least, green computing for sustainable development.

Requirements analysis and design of registration IS - case study

The main goal of this thesis is to create a catalog of requirements for registration information system for a large security company. The thesis is compile as a guide for the selection of possible solutions to the problem arising from the absence of information registration system and the transition to record data in electronic form also known as a paperless concept. The secondary objective is to introduce best practices for requirements management. The theoretical part consists of six main chapters. First introduces the basic concepts. As I consider the most important part of the next chapter dealing with the demands, with an emphasis on the importance of requirements. At the same time in this chapter will try to fulfill the secondary goal. Easily describe the role of project manager and an analysis based on the findings of the current situation of enterprises in the Czech Republic regarding IT. The final part of the theoretical part is based on the performance of the most basic methods of data collection requirements. The practical part is based on information from the theoretical part, knowledge of the educated subjects and experience of working as security guard. It is carefully selected and suitable method for gathering requirements, and this choice is explained in detail. After analyzing the requirements is made requirements catalog, which is the output of the whole work. Constructing a catalog of requirements is thus completed the first phase of project planning, and to collect and analyze requirements. Output of the thesis can be used for the second phase and system development.
