The topic of my Diploma’s thesis is a fatigue analyzing and judgmenting of main frame casting cat bridge crane. Use the beam model and thin shell model for comparising. The thesis contains of both of computation model. The loading states results of computation model are attachmented of this thesis. This diploma’s thesis was created for Kralovopolska a.s. company.
Three-Aisled Steel Building

The thesis contains the design and assessment of three-aisled steel building for small metal production. Supporting span of construction hall is 9, 18 and 9 m. In the middle wing is situated bridge crane with capacity of 2 tons. The estimated location of the object is Luhačovice. The initial design concept was specified by supervisor (as the idea of the investor/architect), for which was did static and structural solution and assembly details. For selected option was made a calculation of supporting structures and selected assembly details. The hall has a rectangular floor plan of 36x36m and ridge height is 9 m. The central wing is made of steel and side extensions are made of glued laminated timber.
Traveling Mechanism of Crane Trolley Capacity 32 tons

This bachelor thesis is concerned with design of drive mechanism for bridge crane trolley with demanded load capacity 32 t and traveling speed 25 mmin^(-1). The Main objective is design of the drive mechanism, consisting of drive, brakes and parts directly related, as the frame, wheels, shafts, bearings, couplings and control of the chosen parts. This work contains important calculations for this control, designed undercarriage of the crane trolley and stress analysis of some components. Part of this thesis is also the drawing documentation.

This bachelor work describes the design of running gear bridge crane trolley with lifting capacity 32 tons. The main objective of this work is the design and calculation of selected components of the running mechanism and parts directly related. The work contains a selection of design solutions, design drive motor with gearbox and brake, couplings, bearings, countershaft and output shaft. The work includes stress analysis of selected components. The work also includes drawing documentation.

This bachelor thesis concerns about construction design of carriage of bridge crane with beams. First part of work concerns about possibilities of construction designs. In the second part of work are calculated equations of the most important parts of carriage. The third part of work consists of solidity analysis executed by Finite Element Method. Advantages and disadvantages of bridge cranes beams are evaluated in this thesis. Part of this work are drawing of entire set and drawing of axel set.
Design of doublebeam of bridge crane 50 tonne

The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of two-girder crane bridge for the lifting capacity 50 tons. The process is split in eight parts. The first one contains a preliminary scheme of the whole design and proposal of main parameters. The second part contains calculation of preloading of the girder, specification of its main dimensions and calculation of maximum bending moment. The other parts include calculations and designing of individual main parts and accessories such as crane girder, cross girder, wheels, rails, gear and brake. The bachelor’s thesis has been elaborated using the relevant technical literature and standards that contain procedures and recommendations for calculation and designing of bridge cranes.

The main aim of this thesis is to design all the drives and the design of mechanical parts, which will be the replacement engine also renovate. This work is divided into two parts. The first part is a documented original condition of the bridge crane and a second part of this thesis deals with the actual calculation of each propulsion and design mechanical parts.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of bridge crane travel mechanism with loading limit of 8000kg. The operation of the crane will be regular, intermittent in workshop. This thesis contains a design analysis and calculation of travel wheel, gear, shaft and bearings. Further a flat gear-box and brake are designed. An integral part of the thesis is drawing documentation.
The design of the crane tracks in a production hall

This work focuses on the design and assessment of the steel crane runways for two separated craneswith the capacity of 20 t, respectively 50/12.5 t. The main girder of the crane runway is designed as a welded uniaxially symmetric I-section consist a lattice horizontal reinforcing beam. The individual crane tracks are located within the building two-aisle production hall (one in each boat) with dimensions of 75 x 48 m and height of 14.9 meters. The building is located in an industrial area Holešov and its supporting structure is designed from crosslinks consisting of solid-welded columns and truss. Spatial rigidity of the hall is provided by tension bracings. The structures are made of the steel S 235. For designing of a production hall (for the assessment) it is only software Scia Engineer (planar model) used. The design and evaluation of crane runways are compute by hand calculation.
The Three Aisled Storage Building

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is the design and assessment of steel structure three-aisled storage building. The width of the side aisles is 12 meters and the width of the main aisles is 24 meters. The length of storage building is 60 meters. The height of the building is 14.65 meters. In the main aisles traversed, by two bridge cranes, each with a capacity of 5 tons. The supporting structure consists of main truss, the distance is 6 meters. Storage building is designed for the area of Zlín.
