Art education for mentally disabled pupils - project "Myself"

The bachelor thesis researches the possibilities of the project method of teaching in art education for person with mental handicap. The theoretical part discusses the characteristic of mentally handicap person, their artistic expression, special art education and artefiletic. There is also mention problems of project teaching. The practical part deals with the project, which is partially realized. The project aims is development of creativity, self-expression and enjoyment from artistic activity. In the next part is the presentation of products with take reflection down. The purpose of the project wasn't only his own creative expression. The project is led to self expression, cooperation and joint communication. Through drawings to express their feelings and thoughts. I managed to express unconsciously their goals and value. Finally, I stated the project method can be successfully implemented with the mentally handicapped.

Situation of foreigners in the Czech labor market in the ongoing economic cycle

Due to political changes in 1989-90, the Czech Republic has become an immigration country. The number of foreigners in the Czech Republic has grown rapidly and foreigners has gradually become an integral part of the Czech labor market. The economic recession in 2009 significantly affected the situation on the labor market. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the impact of the economic crisis on the number of employed foreigners in comparison with the impact on the total number of employed persons in the country. This is done by analyzing the statistical data. They are also examined changes in the structure of employment of foreigners and the total number of foreigners in the Czech Republic. In conclusion, there is an evaluation of the project voluntary returns in 2009. This project is one of the responses to the economic recession and the unfavorable situation of foreigners that should ensure the security situation in the country.

International treaties in the area of ​​statutory duties on income from employment

This thesis deals with the comparison of treaties that prevent double taxation in the area of income taxes and bilateral treaties on social security. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms that are used in the following parts of the work. A substantial part of the thesis deals with procedures for the avoidance of double taxation in the area of income taxes, which are implemented through international agreements. The thesis also deals with the coordination of social security, which is implemented through bilateral treaties on social security and in European Union also through Regulation (EC) No 883/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the coordination of social security systems, which in the case of Member States of the European Union takes over the function of individual treaties. Result of the thesis is to compare the agreements for the avoidance of double taxation on income and capital and bilateral treaties on social security, especially compared to the number of contracts that the Czech Republic has concluded with other countries. Other points of comparison are the history of concluding these treaties, or the existence of model treaties or multilateral agreements.

Payroll Accounting

Abstract Main topic of my thesis is the Payroll Accounting. The work summarizes most of the areas that are related to this topic and the knowledge necessary in calculating the final determination of wages. Beginning the thesis mentions specific chapters from the Labor code which explain the facts about the start, changes and the termination of the employment contract then more detailed description of the arrangements performed outside of the employment contract and then working hours and minimum wages. Next chapter handles the actual payroll matters and the main principles of providing and paying wages. Large part of this thesis is devoted to problems of public and health insurance and social security. This chapter explains the notions and concepts of those topics. The following chapter focuses on a tax of personal income and fringe benefits with basic concepts and principles that shall be followed in calculations of this tax. The last section is devoted to the calculation of wages itself, starting with general "formula" and followed by an example in which the calculation and determination of wage is shown.

A work produced by an employee, upon the order and a collective work Shrnutí / summary This thesis deals with juridical institutes of works produced by an employee, works upon order and collective works. Such institutes are characterized by entitling other person than author to rights to the author's work. These persons contribution to creation of the work rest on a noncreative investment into the development of original work - examples of such entities are employer or order party. Czech author's law belongs to civil law system of author's rights, which recognizes the natural person that created the work as the author. However, the protection of other person's private interests besides the authors' is strongly influenced by copyright system, which is characteristic for Anglo-American legal system. This thesis handles the Czech legal institutes in detail. Since the three institutes are interconnected they are dealt with the historical and comparative perspective. Furthermore, the approach of the Czech institutes is compared to analogous legal approaches of foreign countries. Alternatives of Home Violence Settling as seen by the Roman Catholic Church

My dissertation Alternatives of Home Violence Settling deals with various alternatives of how the home violence problems can be settled. The introductory chapter goes through the professional interpretation of the home violence term as well as causes, forms and specific signs of this violence type, being followed by description of its consequences and the myths which have gained a foothold in the general public. The home violence is characterized as a long-term, repeated and escalating physical, mental, or sexual cruelty to persons living in the common household; it takes place between close persons, adult family members, or also life partners. The victims, being exposed to long-term violence, lost their self-confidence, however, their fear and confusion increase; they also suffer from a good many various symptoms as depression, shame, decline of general state of health, or increased suicidal behavior. Chapter two focuses on the characterization of the home violence victims and delinquests as well. As to the victims, these can be everybody, irrespective of their education, age, social position or economic situation - women, seniors and handicapped persons as well as men. Indoor Air and Possible Health Risks

Man is constantly exposed to harmful substances in the air, in outdoor and indoor interior. Possible effects on health is the result summary exposures of these two components of the environment. Given that, in various literature and expert sources state that up to 90 percent of a person spends just closed spaces, thus becomes Indoor Air importance. The importance of air pollution is reflected in the health status of the population, both in terms of either acute, short-term response to elevated levels of pollutants or chronic response due to long-term exposure to air pollution. The effect is manifested first, increased incidence of subjective symptoms (cough, burning eyes, difficulty breathing, etc.) as well changes in the parameters of physiological function, growth parameters, affecting fetal development, indicators of immunity, worsening problems of chronically ill patients, increasing morbidity, as well as increasing mortality debilitated persons. - 67 - Abstract: The purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the current situation in the Czech republic in regards to employment of foreigners, analyze the process of obtaining employment permit. Analyzing the situation in respect to nationals of European union countries, nationals from "third states" and other nationals that do not need such permit. Commencing with introduction to the current employment situation in the Czech working market, introducing the various factors that are shaping the working market globally and brief historical background of working market and migration in the Czech republic. To be mentally handicapped child's father

This diploma thesis deals with the problems of the father's role in families of mentally handicapped adults. The theoretical part starts from demonstrating the situation of the families mentioned above, then the definition of the basic concepts relating to mental retardation, adulthood and handicapped children's families follows, as well as the description of fatherhood transformation in historical context. The father's relation to the child and the child's mother (or his partner) are rendered too. In the practical part, the results of the qualitative survey on the basis of semistructured interviews with handicapped children's fathers are stated. This part of the thesis particularly records the fathers' subjective experience, which is the base for subsequent suggestions for intervention possibilities. The aim of this thesis is to map the difficulties mentally handicapped children's fathers face, and on the basis of these findings to suggest intervention possibilities.
