Moravský Krumlov, the Transformation of the Late Court and Jail Building into the Cultural and Social Center

The project addresses the reconstruction and extension of the former municipal court and the prison, which are located in the center of the Moravský Krumlov on the corner to T. G. Masaryk square and Smetana street. The aim is to achieve new capabilities and use of objects, these objects merge into one unit and simultaneously revitalize the city center Moravský Krumlov. Both objects are currently connected to the new public passages, which will be placed on the desktop of the current courtyard between the buildings. This passage should induce a sense of connection with nature surrounding the city and to the concept of a roof carrier system simulating the passage surrounding forests. After the reconstruction of the building will offer new spaces for leisure services, urban center and a dignified and representative for the town library. It also includes a new restaurant and popular today as part of its own microbrewery restaurant.

This thesis deals with the marketing strategy of Radniční pivovar in Jihlava. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the marketing strategy of the company and to suggest possible improvements. The first part of thesis focus on the situation of market with beer in Czech Republic and also situation of mini-breweries on this market. The second part focus more on chosen brewery and its current situation. Marketing strategy is evaluated by current situation analysis, SWOT and PESTEL analysis. Important part is also marketing mix a its evaluation. The final part of thesis contains suggestions for improvements of current marketing situation.

The aim of the Bachelor's thesis was to characterized the craftbreweries and to evaluate their development in the given period. A history of brewing is brought near in the introduction of the thesis. There is also described the production of beer and the necessary raw materials for its brewing. The evaluation of the development of craftbreweries in 2005 2013 in the Czech Republic, as the period with the largest progression of their development, with a focus on the area of the South Bohemian Region is treated in more details. The recherche has shown that in 2005 were active 46 craftbreweries. In the year 2013 worked almost 200 of them. Compared to the year 2005, an increase of almost 320 % is registered. The biggest increase in the number of newly made craftbreweries from the perspective of the regions has been shown in the Moravian Silesian Region, the South Moravian Region and the Central Bohemia Region. The fewest craftbreweries were estabilished in the Liberec Region. Currently, the building of new craftbreweries is still popular, and it can be expected the continuation of the trend of the development of such a business.

The aim of this master's thesis is to demonstrate a business plan tailored for a microbrewery located in the city of Tábor. The thesis consists of two sections. The first being a theoretical part introducing entrepreneurship in general and its application into the small and medium enterprises sector. Furthermore it describes the business plan as a document which includes recommended sections and basic approach of developing an advanced business plan. The other part is the detached microbrewery business plan itself. The business plan main focus points are brewery industry overview, defining the business intention, proposal of each part of such project and the overall viability prospects of the project under the given conditions. Main user of the business plan ought to be used by the entrepreneur himself.

The thesis is a comprehensive summary of the information relating to the formal requirements of the business plan. Individual components of the business plan are first described theoretically, followed by application to a real restaurant company that wants to enrich its portfolio of own production of draft beer. The aim of this work is to build a business plan with the most plausible view of cost and revenue items that affect the running of the microbrewery. The part of the thesis is the analysis of competitors, creating a marketing plan and financial plan, which will show in detail the progress of Cash Flow and the amount of profit or loss in the first years of business. Based on the analyzes, the work is ended by completed overall assessment of meaningful investment in brewing technology.

This thesis deals with the processing of a business plan to build a microbrewery in the South Bohemian town Veseli nad Lužnicí. This thesis is composed of a theoretical part, which builds on the practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts relating to business practices and legal forms of business. In another theoretical part is elaborated the significance and importance of formulating and implementing business planning. The main objective of the theoretical part is to provide guidance and theoretical basis for the elaboration of a business plan. The practical part is focused on creating a business plan for the construction of the microbrewery in Veseli nad Lužnicí. Based on the development of the business plan should be clarified whether the plan feasible or under what conditions it is possible to realize the intention.

The first part of this bachelor thesis is a theoretical part. The thesis discusses the requirements of public interior. This section summarizes the rules and regulations wchich govern the formation of the interior, especially for security issues. A research of existing restaurants in Brno was carried out for the purpose of market research and inspiration. The second part of this bachelor thesis is practical. It includes a design solutions of interior of the pub. The design includes a ground plan layout, electrical and item plan. The resulting design is displayed via 3D visualization. When drafting this plan, the emphasis was put on maximizing the capacity while maintaining the functionality of the interior.
Evaluate quality of beer in microbreweries

The aim of this thesis was to evaluate quality of beer in microbreweries. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of microbreweries, their history, brewing beer in a microbrewery and used materials. This part ends with an overview of methods by which it is possible to analyze beer. In the practical part we are evaluating the quality of beer from the microbreweries on the base of sensory and instrumental analysis. In the work we processed survey which focuses on the production and consumption of beer in restaurant breweries.
