This work makes the task of providing readers with insight into the possibilities of Web services security and authentication. The second chapter explains the general Web services and the third charter deals with security protocols along with authentication. The charter possibility of securing Web services in Java Enterprise Edition are described in the fourth chapter. The fifth chapter is devoted to Web services from the perspective of the service provider. The sixth chapter describes the implementation of secure services and seventh charter deals with testing services with the possibility of further extension.
Development Environment for Java EE Based Application
Chudý, Michal ; Burget, Radek (referee) ; Šuška, Boris (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with essential Java Enterprise Edition specification technologies. It briefly describes their architecture, usage and implementation details. Furthermore this thesis is a tutorial for development and computer enviroment preparation for Java EE based technologies. There are added simple applications as a part of this thesis which demonstrate individual technologies and their usage options. It describes how to create, build and run this projects.
Information System for Users' Workload Monitoring
Gábor, Martin ; Weiss, Petr (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
The goal of the bachelor thesis is an implementation of the information system for users' workload monitoring. The information system collects information from online stations, which provides to users as statistics. The communication with stations is proceeded by web services. The information system is implemented in Java EE as a multiplatform application with web interface.
Web Service Broker
Pagáč, Jiří ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Weiss, Petr (advisor)
The thesis deals with the study of the technology of web services and how to search for them, and with the implementation of systems used for registration of and searching for web services - directories. Greater attention is paid to the UDDI (The Universal Description, Discovery and Integration) directory, its data structures, program interface and problems related to registration of the service and searches using UDDI. The main part of the study deals with the implementation of a part of UDDI standard version 3.0.2 for the demonstration of the registration and search of the service in a UDDI type directory. The resultant application should be used for teaching problems concerning web services. It is written in C++ programming language using Firebird, libraries for communication with Firebird database IBPP and C++ toolkit for the development of web services in C++ - gSOAP.
Vehicle Management System via a Cell Phone With GPS
Pompe, Patrik ; Samek, Jan (referee) ; Horáček, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the possibilities of using information obtained from smart-phones for applications such as driver's logbook. Firstly, the specification and analysis of requirements for such applications and then explore the possibility for its realization. Further, it describes the implementation of the solution, which consist of three parts - Applications for the Android phone platform, which collects the necessary information about the routes taken by the vehicle, web portal that provides an interface for viewing and managing the obtained data and a web service for communication between the previous two parts. The final application is then compared with existing projects, which are similar to this one.
Implementation of Distributed Transactions in BPEL
Bek, Ivo ; Fiedor, Jan (referee) ; Letko, Zdeněk (advisor)
The goal of this work is to implement a support of distributed transactions into the project RiftSaw so that web services can be invoked within distributed transactions by business processes. And only if a web service operation requires to be performed within a distributed transaction. Comparing to already working implementations, the presented sulution brings support of WS-BusinessActivity specification and a different way of checking that a business process use distributed transactions for invoked web services.
Software for Management of Data Mailboxes
Janečka, Petr ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the actual state of electronic government. It describes its individual sections and their problems. Also, it focuses on information technologies employed in eGovernment and describes their implementation. It elaborates on related legislature and its practical application. Part of the thesis is an analysis of data mailboxes. Pivotal section comprises design and implementation of a program which substitutes the original interface for data mailboxes operation.
Methods of Remote Access to Information Systems
Oujeský, Miroslav ; Lukáš, Roman (referee) ; Honzík, Jan M. (advisor)
This work describes currently available methods for remote access to information systems. This knowledge was used to design and implement remote access interface to Webnode information system.
Project Management System
Špaček, Petr ; Jirák, Ota (referee) ; Ruttkay, Ladislav (advisor)
The work deals with project management.  The design software helps to manage and plan projects by using a simple graphic user interface. For implementation there are used technologies like Microsoft .NET, Microsoft SQL Server 2008.
Web Interface for Image Processing
Beran, Milan ; Mlích, Jozef (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
This paper concerns design and implementation of a system which provides easier control of digital image processing console applications. The work is based on threes information technology domains: distributed systems, image processing and web technologies. The system consist of number of separated components communicating with each other in order of processing desired tasks. Control interface and the task daemon are implemented in PHP language. Image processing programs are implemented in C language using OpenCV graphic library. Control of the system is carried out through web graphical interface using dynamic control components implemented in Javascript language, jQuery library and jQueryUI interface. Part of the work is also a description of employment of the system in practical use in two environments, experiments concerning system performance and web interface user acceptance testing.
