The specific questions of communication in the work of design office

This bachelor thesis is focused to specific questions of communication in the work of design office. There is briefly described the characteristics of a design offices and their surroundings in the theoretical parts. Then the work deals with communication itself, communication types, listening, communication barriers and ways how to communicate effectively. The empirical part is looking into the establishment of working hypothesis, which were either confirmed or disproved in a questionnaire research, concentrated on a specific design office and then on the general public. This research is enriched by guided interview with executive head of the design office. In connection are the conclusions and recomendations for improvement of current communication in the work of design office.
Some specifics of communication in construction company

The topic of the thesis is "Some specifics of communication in the construction business." In the first theoretical part is defined the specified topic in management and briefly described the concept of communication, types of communication, listening, feedback, synergy, work in teams, management and communication management. All these concepts were related to the issue of the construction industry. The second part, is devoted to empirical research. At the beginning hypothesis are set. These hypotheses are verified by questionnaire and structured interview. After evaluating the survey is used to verify the correctness of hypotheses and draw partial conclusions and recommendations. The recommendations are elaborated into concrete actions.
Accompanying hospice care, public awareness and ideas

The bachelor's thesis "Accompanying in hospice care, public awareness and ideas" examined, compared and also evaluated the awareness and ideas of the general public about concepts such as: hospice, accompaniment, palliative care and also focused on the topic of death and dying. The aim of the work was to find out what the general public is aware of palliative care in the Czech Republic, what the public has fears of death and dying and also how ideas and awareness of the topics differ depending on age, education and place of residence. The theoretical part of the thesis explained the legal definitions and basic concepts. The importance of palliative care in the Czech Republic was emphasized, its development was mapped, its basic goals were defined and the target group of palliative care was defined. Furthermore, the bachelor's thesis presents a structured form of hospice care, describes the professions working in hospices and the final part of the theoretical part is devoted to accompanying the dying. The empirical part contains the results of our own survey and its comparison with the results of other similar works. Method: questionnaire survey - self- designed questionnaire. Using podcasts to teach English to young learners

This bachelor thesis deals with podcasts as a way of teaching the English language, mainly focused on children aged 5-7 years before the start of their school education. The podcasts are designed to introduce the English language to children with the help of their first language through spoken audio fairy tales without the help of visual aids. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether systematic use of the first language in audio material for beginning young learners can have a positive impact on their motivation and willingness to listen. The aim of the theoretical part was to gain the necessary knowledge to prepare such podcasts effectively. It therefore explores effective ways of teaching English to young learners, the use of stories to teach English, and the role of the first language in foreign language learning. The practical part reports on research conducted among parents of Czech and Slovak children who had not enjoyed listening to English audio materials prior to the research. The parents agreed on testing a series of the author's original podcasts with their children, and observing their reactions. THE AUDIO COMPONENT IN TEACHING CZECH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

(in English): This thesis deals with the issues of teaching listening in Czech as a foreign language. It is based on studying theoretic sources, structured observing and the comparison of didactic materials, on questionnaires and informal interviews. In its theoretical part, it brings a brief overview of present knowledge in this field, using predominantly foreign sources that deal with teaching English as a foreign language. The second part enables the comparison of various didactic materials from the points of view acquired in the previous chapter, and it also provides an overview of the typology of listening tasks, including their evaluation. The last chapter designs some new sample materials based on what has been found out about their imperfections in this field so far, and it also mentions some suitable resources for designing the new listening tasks. The merit of this thesis on the theoretical level consists of making the main results of contemporary Anglo-American science accessible for the Czech auditory, on the practical level it lies in presenting an overall list of listening tasks and showing (in the Czech materials) some so far unknown possibilities of teaching the listening comprehension, these alternatives being accompanied with practical examples.
The importance of regional private radio stations today and in the near future

This rigorosum thesis is concerned about the importance of private regional radio stations, recently as well as in the near future. For this purpose, there had been conducted a quantitative research, which was realized on a representative sample of respondents, relevant to the audience of private radio stations. The secondary objective of the research was to find out how the audience consumes private regional radio stations' broadcasting. The methodology used to conduct the research was CATI. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the history and development of the regional radio market in the Czech Republic after the year 1989 in 5 years cycles up to the year 2015. The practical part of this thesis includes defined hypothesis and is concerned about the research itself, its methodology, definition of the respondents' sample, its results and their analysis. In the conclusion of this thesis, its key findings are confronted with its original objectives and the defined hypothesis are either confirmed or disproved. Morning dawn is a specific, time-limited part of the day. It's something on the edge – the tension between the end and the beginning, darkness and light, silence and noise. Time seems to have stopped, and at the same time it still flows towards everyday life. Autor enters the morning dawn softly, she turns on the microphone and conveys her authentic experience in the form of livestreams. The visual and sound recordings, together with the personal commentary, move on this edge, are in harmony and contradiction, and thus encourage the livestream viewer-listener to perceive listening as a new dimension of the perception of space.
Evolution of Communnication Acitivities for Pupils in Grades 1-3 at Primary School

The thesis titled "The Evolution of communication activities for pupils in grades 1-3 at primary school" based on the existing knowledge on the topic present their own knowledge through research, which focuses on the area of communication education, the development of communication activities in the educational process, and the education of Czech and Vietnamese pupils in the educational area of the language and the language of communication. In the theoretical part rigorous of the thesis systematize the existing knowledge relating to the topic and consider them starting points for the development.
