Tato bakalářská práce je věnována specifickým otázkám komunikace v práci projekční kanceláře. V teoretické části je nejprve stručně popsána charakteristika projekčních kanceláří a okolí, ve kterém se pohybují. Poté se již práce zabývá komunikací samotnou, jejími druhy, nasloucháním, komunikačními bariérami a způsobem, jak efektivně komunikovat. Empirická část se zabývá stanovením pracovních hypotéz, které byly potvrzeny či vyvráceny dotazníkovými průzkumy, zaměřenými na jednu konkrétní projekční kancelář a poté na širokou veřejnost. Kvantitativní průzkum je doplněn řízeným rozhovorem přímo s jednatelem, na který navazují závěry a následná doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu komunikace v práci projekční kanceláře. This bachelor thesis is focused to specific questions of communication in the work of design office. There is briefly described the characteristics of a design offices and their surroundings in the theoretical parts. Then the work deals with communication itself, communication types, listening, communication barriers and ways how to communicate effectively. The empirical part is looking into the establishment of working hypothesis, which were either confirmed or disproved in a questionnaire research, concentrated on a specific design office and then on the general public. This research is enriched by guided interview with executive head of the design office. In connection are the conclusions and recomendations for improvement of current communication in the work of design office.
