Web portal for the video transmission from IP cameras
Čučka, Milan ; Doležel, Radek (referee) ; Zeman, Václav (advisor)
This work is about methods for transferring an image from the web cameras, IP cameras and the creation of a live transmission of television cameras with streaming server and subsequent placement on the web. The first part deals with basic methods of webcam image transfer. This information is described in detail, in next section. The third section describes using of IP cameras for live broadcasts or transmission to a common frame. The last section describes creation of a streaming server and the process of creating a live transmission. There are the advantages and disadvantages of each technology. At the end of the work is given the most frequently used multimedia data formats.
IP Cameras Control Library
Schmied, Jan ; Rozman, Jaroslav (referee) ; Luža, Radim (advisor)
This thesis describes the design and implementation of a library that allows control of IP cameras and receives multimedia streams. The thesis briefly introduces standard interfaces of IP cameras and describes in detail VAPIX interface. This interface is also demonstrated by examples. The practical part deals with the design and implementation of the library using the FFmpeg and cURL libraries. Library is subject of a measurement that shows its performance.
Security system using mobile networks
Svoboda, Adam ; Wieser, Vladimír (referee) ; Hanus, Stanislav (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with design of security system, which transmits captured video using mobile systems. There are chosen representatives of cameras and motion sensors that could be used in the construction. The thesis also deals with the theoretical design of the transmission system, which consists of a camera, a motion sensor, an USB modem and a microprocessor, that manages all operations. There is also a proposed block diagram of a communication method. The security system is designed and tested in various conditions.
Production of IP camera parts on FDM 3D printer
Blaha, Jan ; Šeniglová, Hana (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
Bachelor thesis dealing with production of IP camera body, using 3D printing method. This thesis contains two parts. The first one is research part and the second is design part. The first part summarizes the problems in the area of industrial cameras and information about 3D printing method. At the end of the research section, a suitable material is selected for printing on the FDM printer. The design part describes prototype design and production of the selected part. Design includes control calculations and technological design assessment. At the end of the bachelor thesis, there is presentation of technical-economic evaluation and recommendations for the future.
Robotic Arm - Navigation by Using Axis 214 Camera
Skládanka, Josef ; Hanáček, Petr (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This paper is focused on recognizing the position of a cube placed in the working area of the robotic arm Mitsubishi Melfa 6 SL, using digital image from Axis 214 cameras. It briefly describes few techniques which can be used for detecting the position of an object in the image. The main focus is laid on the implemented method, which detects and analyses gaps in the grid plotted in the robot's working area.
Android IP Camera
Chvála, Jan ; Havel, Jiří (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to design a system which would allow video data streaming from a mobile device and real time playback using a standard web browser. The technological background and the implementation platform are both part of this thesis. Web Real Time Communications (WebRTC) technology was used for acquiring multimedia data on mobile device. This technology is natively supported in the latest major web browsers and in WebView component (Android version 5.0 and above). Sending push notifications from a server to a mobile device to start the streaming is done with Google Cloud Messaging technology. The resultant system allows a user to start the application on mobile device with easy web browser access. This starts the multimedia stream from device, which can be parametrized and secured by password. The benefit of this thesis is the overview of WebRTC technology and its demonstration. The IP camera implementation shows how easy it is to use the WebRTC in real applications.
Monitoring and Security System
Felix, Martin ; Trchalík, Roman (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with design and implementation of system for securing and monitoring objects. The whole system is serving as an application getaway between typical TCP/IP network and heterogeneous network containing different end devices such as security cameras, microphones and some sensors (e.g. for temperature measurement). In case of detected event, the notification is created, recorded and the user is informed via administrative front-end. System can be managed from remote location and data from devices can be shown by web interface. Theoretical part of this project concerns with the analysis of different types of connecting devices and sensors and the possibilities of their usage for the monitoring systems along with description of communications protocols for each end device. The next part deals with the cameras interfaces, content analysis and connectivity with central server. Practical part describes methods and techniques used for implementation of system.
Camera Recording Management System
Šulc, Ondřej ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a network security system focusing on compatibility with the widest possible group of IP cameras from various manufacturers and support for remote access to records even from places outside the local network. This problem is solved using two closely cooperating applications. The first application runs on a device in the local network (in our case miniPC Raspberry Pi). The application creates the records by receiving and storing RTSP transmissions from individual cameras. It then modifies these records into a form usable for display on websites and sends the second application from which the user can access them. This application is referred to in the text as agent or agent application. The second application has a web user interface and serves the end user as a tool to manage agents, IP cameras and captured records. By principle of the application, it is important for it to be accessible on a publicly available domain. This application is referred to in the text as web or web application. The use of this architecture does not violate any of the network communication standards, which include, in particular, the initialization of communication from the network behind the NAT service.
Web Browser for IP Cameras
Černý, Pavel ; Veigend, Petr (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
The aim of the work described in this thesis was to enable live video streaming from IP cameras to selected users, using simply a modern web browser with no need to install special client-side software. The solution was found by utilizing programs FFmpeg (for communication with camera and video conversion to WebM format), Stream-m (for distribution of the data received from FFmpeg to clients), and a newly-created web application built on the Spring framework, which was used to control the aforementioned programs, and also allows camera management and user authorization. The resulting system reduces the effort required for client nodes deployment and maintenance. Thanks to the image size downscaling, the system brings about a considerable reduction of data flow in the network caused by camera output, and minimizes the load on client computers.
