The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the customer-supplier relations and analysis of inventory management applied to an anonymous company titled the "Company X". The Company X is mainly engaged in business specializing in the sale of roofing systems, in the position of a distributor in the logistics chain delivering the goods to end customers which includes building material users, individual builders, roofers, tinsmiths and carpenters. It has about 18 branches and has 180 employees. This thesis is focused on a branch based in České Budějovice.
Communication on the labor market in Kazakhstan

The work is aimed at exploring the ways of communication at the labor market in Kazakhstan. The theoretical part includes basis and description of unemployment problem and its impact on psychological and sociological aspects of human's life. A separate subchapter contains basic information about the Republic of Kazakhstan. The practical part consists of an interview with an expert and the results of survey, conducted by the author. The conclusion summarizes gained knowledge and expresses opinion and suggestions of the author.
Marketing communications & sustainable development: Conflict or synergy

The aim of this master's thesis is to find out whether there is a conflict between marketing communications and sustainability or if these can benefit from each other and how to apply this synergy in business reality. Firstly, overall impact of marketing communications on sustainable development is analyzed, mainly in terms of communications' content, and a potential role of marketing communications in achieving sustainable development is outlined. In the second part, sustainability is regarded as an opportunity for marketing incl. communications and sustainable marketing is introduced as a suitable reaction to this opportunity. A short analysis of current situation in Czech Republic follows. A great deal of the thesis is devoted to specific recommendations for businesses practicing sustainable marketing, be it on the product, brand or company level. These recommendations are then demonstrated on selected print advertisements. Finally, the thesis presents three ways in which marketing communications can help sustainable development, according to the author: (1) informing consumers about sustainable product and company choices, (2) normalizing sustainable behavior and usage of innovative products and (3) educating consumers.
Marketing communications in banking in the Czech Republic

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to show, how marketing in the banking sector works and on the example of particular bank describes the intern and as well the extern communication. I also suggest possible improvements in future and more effective propagation of bank products. The first part contains the explanation of marketing and commercial communications. The second part describes the theory of marketing in banking sector (characteristic of services, clients, marketing mix in banking). The third part follows the analysis of the banking sector in the Czech Republic. First of all specific banks are described and consequently the way of their communication is presented (especially the communication of action products). Conclusion of this chapter is the summary based on question-form-survey among banks. Last part should introduce to the reader details of the communication of one particular bank during the whole specified period of time. Lastly, the recommendations for better communication and approximation of the brand to the public are specified.
Determination of supply intimacy in applying the provision purgative clysma

Abstract One aspect of nursery care, which is still neglected in czech hospitals, is right of pacients to privacy. That means, right to intimacy in various situations as well. Intimacy is sensitive area, that is confirmed especially by pacients. Pacients percieve questions about their sexulatity and emptying very annoyingly, which are included in nursery process. They don´t want answer them and consider them as inadequate. Accordingly it is very important to keep feeling of privacy, even in case of pacient, where is practised just essential nursery intervention, for example purgative clysma. Preamble theoretical part of this thesis discuss about anatomy an fyziology of thick intestin and about history of applying the purgative clysma. There are presented correct methods in applying the purgative clysma, for example right position, place where is clysma applied, indication and contra-indication during the provision purgative clysma. In the second theoretical part of this thesis is explained expression intimacy, areas and factors, which influence the intimacy. There is mentioned role and dilemma of naked, feeling of shame, self-respect and self-confidence. For obtaining of necessary dates to access set targets and to make anaylsis of these dates, was used questionnaire method. Questionnaires were distributed to pacients and nurses at surgical wards in Ceske Budejovice and Chrudim. Main target of this thesis was to determine the satisfaction of clients during supply of intimacy in applying the provision purgative clysma. The first one of defined hypothesis was not confirmed. Clients at hopitals are dissatisfied with supplying of intimacy by nurses during the provision purgative clysma. Hypothesis number two was not confirmed as well. For self sufficient clients is intimacy during the provision purgative clysma better supplied then for bed-rid clients. Results of this thesis demonstrate fact, that self sufficient clients and bed-rid clients are satisfied with methods, which are kept by nurses during the provision purgative clysma.
Communication Strategy of Kenvelo

This thesis is dedicated to the problem of communication strategy in the fashion business with application on one of the fashion retailers, Kenvelo. Clothing business, or as we will refer here fashion business is together with food, transportation and communication businesses one of the most natural and essential parts of our lives. Nonetheless, fashion business is one of the most challenging and unpredictable ones, driven by many different factors and sometimes hardly comprehensive links. The main aim of the thesis is to identify the communication tools appropriate for the target group of Kenvelo, develop a new concept for communication and propose a media plan which would support this concept.
Transport network Liberec and surrounding

The work will generally describe transport network based on theoretical definitions of particular terms. History of transportation segments in Liberec and its surrounding areas will follow up. The theoretical part applied directly to the circumstances of Liberec and its surroundings will be defined then. All segments of transport will be analyzed, including complementary types of transport such as water-carriage or cable-cars. More details will be given to public transport, integrated system and fares. The goal is to give readers a holistic view of all Liberec traffic. I will also mention flaws accompanied by proposals to improve identified weaknesses.
The analysis of social campaign – Czechia against poverty

A bachelor thesis Analysis of a Social Campaign -- Česko proti chudobě (Czechia against poverty) deals with an influence of a communication of the campaign on the society. A theoretical part is focused mainly on an explanation of terms connected to a social campaign, on an introduction to poverty issues, on a way of a fight against poverty in the world and an introduction to the Česko proti chudobě campaign. There are methods of communication of other European social campaigns compared to the Czech one (Česko proti chudobě) in a practical part. The practical part also tries to find out if there is an awareness of the campaign among the public, through which mass media people learn about the campaign, whether the public is somehow participating in the campaign, if it trusts in the purpose of the campaign and at the same time whether the Czech society is interested in poverty issues. There was a survey conducted to find out these facts.
Analysis of Public Services at the Municipal Level

There are analyzed in this dissertation thesis the public services delivered on the municipal level. This issue is analyzed comprehensive at first. There are analyzed six services in detail after then. These are the six following services: waste, cemetery, greenery, communications, lighting and sewage. The text of this thesis is divided into two major units. The first chapter describes the theoretical background of the problem and the methodology for elaboration. The second chapter analyzes the problem of public services in terms of theoretical con-cepts, legal terms and authors own investigation. This chapter analyzes in detail six selected public services. It is completed draft measures for the municipal public ser-vices. The aim of this dissertation thesis is to find out the State-of-Art of public service deli-vering and to purpose possible changes leading to demand approach of municipal service delivering.
Cardiac surgery patient with surgical wound dehiscence

Dehiscence or wound spacing is characterized by failure of wound healing and it is a very serious postoperative complication that occurs most frequently in patients who suffer from an associated disease. It usually develops between the fifth and ninth postoperative day. The cause of dehiscence is an infection in the wound, which is caused by proliferation of bacterial strains. The thesis on "Cardiac surgery patient with surgical wound dehiscence{\crqq} is focused on theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the development of cardiac surgery and important personalities, medical indications for a cardiac surgery, cardiac surgery, surgical wound healing, surgical wound complications and nursing care of patients with dehiscence. The practical part was carried out by a quality - quantitative survey. The research sample for the qualitative research, which was conducted by the semi-structured interview technique with open questions, consisted of four cardiac surgery patients with wound dehiscence. The research sample for the quantitative research, which was carried out through anonymous questionnaires, consisted of 100 nurses working in cardiac surgery centers, Czech Republic, and 30 cardiac surgery patients with wound dehiscence. The results were processed into tables, graphs and diagrams. This work may serve as a resource for the interpretation of the subject matter or as a source of information for Cardiac Surgery Centers to improve the needs satisfaction in patients with wound dehiscence.
