Art-therapy with Children with Difficult Behaviour Disorders

SOUHRN Název: Arteterapie s dětmi s těžkými poruchami chování Title: Artetherapy with children with difficult bebehavioral disturbance Cíle : Cílem diplomové práce je aplikovat arteterapeutické techniky při práci s dětmi s poruchami chování a zjistit zda došlo ke splnění daných hypotéz. Hypotézy : 1. uvolnění komunikačních bariér,vyjádření emocí 2. optimalizaci sebehodnocení, tím také vztahů s vrstevníky 3. odklon od nežádoucích projevů chování 4. u pasivních klientů zvýšení aktivity Metody : Diplomová práce používá jak teoretického rozboru východisek, tak praktického ověření této metody. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy a metody arteterapie, poruch chování a důsledky v kresebném projevu dětí. Dále je zde podán přehled možných příčin vzniku poruch chování. Vpraktické části jsem se především zaměřila na rozbor výtvarné práce dětí. Projekt jsem provedla na základě aplikace jednotlivých technik a subjektivního ohodnocení chování dětí v průběhu provádění technik. Praktická část ve svém úvodu konkretizuje prostředí ze kterého děti pocházejí a podrobnější anamnézy šesti dětí, se kterými jsem delší čas pracovala a získala od nich velké množství nádherných prací. Následuje podrobný rozbor podmínek projektu, zdůvodnění výběru účastníků, rozbor aktivit, popis a význam jednotlivých činností. Výsledky...

Music Therapy for Pre-school Children with Infantile Cerebral Palsy

Název: Muzikoterapie u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou v přeškolním věku Music therapy for preschool children with infantile cerebral palsy Cíle: Cílem této práce je vytvořit program skupinových muzikoterapeutických sezení tak, aby došlo ke zlepšení koncentrace vybraných dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Cílová doba koncentrace, kterou jsem si zvolila je 45 minut. Dále je cílem zlepšit u těchto dětí grafomotoriku pomocí rytmizace v návaznosti na skupinovou činnost, přičemž grafomotorika probíhá individuálně. Metoda: Tato diplomová práce je pojata jako experiment, ve kterém jsem prováděla s vybranou skupinou čtyř dětí ve věku 6 let skupinovou a individuální muzikoterapii. Prací s dětmi, pozorováním, zaznamenáváním a konečným zpracováním výsledků v průběhu experimentu jsem zjišťovala efektivitu působení muzikoterapie na koncentraci a grafomotoriku dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Muzikoterapeutická sezení se po měsíčním pozorování a následném výběru dětí začala uskutečňovat v září 2005 a skončila v únoru 2006. Výsledky zjištěné pozorováním byly průběžně vyhodnocoovány. Výsledky: Po celkovém zpracování všech výsledků lze potvrdit, že muzikoterapie má pozitivní vliv na zlepšení koncentrace dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Different Points of View on Children Born with Mental Disabilities

My diploma work called "Various aspects on a birth of mental disabled child" ties together with my bachelor work, which I wrote at Evangelic Theological Faculty at Charles Univerzity. In this bachelor work I was interested in the basical rights of mental disabled people. I taught the topic of a right to live. The meaning of this question grows with the developement of new biotechnology as an artificial insemination, an antenatal diagnostics, a miscarriage and a gene therapy. The other important question talks about the mother rights. These questions traditonally pronounce physicians, philosophers, theologians and sociologists of medicine. However special pedagogues should as well think about and participate in discussions about this topic. Special education comes to the new period with currently knowledges of not only human genome. That is why I target the bioethic sphere, different opinions and possibilities of special pedagogue's treating. in my diploma work, because bioethic spere touch the special education. I come out from historical point of view, from attitudes formulated in our history and from society attitudes to disabled individuals. Educational Programmes in Rehabilitation Classes of Special Primary Schools

My thesis wil be focused on the problems with education of children with severe mental retardation in the rebahilition classes of the special primary school. The introduction will pay attention to the characteristics of the children with severe mental retardation, including the case report. Then there will be explicated the specifics of the rehabilitation classes; their organization and therapy. I will focus on the actual legislative regulations. The thesis will be aimed on education of the sensible pedagogy at the rehabilitation classes, expecially on senses tools usage mapping. As an outcome there will be an overview of some tools for senses perception progress, which turned out through tuition at rehabilitation classes, and further possibilities for their exploitation.

The Stimulation of Children with Child Brain Paralysis. Possibilities for using Reflex Therapy

Stimulation for the Child with Cerebral Palsy : The Application Options of Synergy Reflex Therapy The purpose of this dissertation is to present the application options of synergy reflex therapy in terms of interdisciplinary care of the child with cerebral palsy. The theoretical part includes short recapitulation of basic neuroanatomy and neurophysiology findings that provide a theory base for the understanding of the human learning and its support strategies. Remaining chapters are focused on the child's with cerebral palsy needs and his/her stimulation options through the use of commonly used therapies and synergy reflex therapy. The second part contains firstly the practical application of synergy reflex therapy in the area of interdisciplinary teamwork care and secondly the children's with cerebral palsy case reports.

The diagnosis of Asperger syndrome: a pilot study of Czech version ASSQ and ASAS

In a theoretical part of the present study we describe history, epidemiology, ethiology, diagnostic classification, diagnostic criteria and clinical features of Asperger syndrome, comorbidity, theory of autism, differential diagnosis and diagnostic methods for the Asperger syndrome. A practical part of this study examines the validity and reliability of two diagnostic schedule - ASSQ - High-functioning Autism Spectrum Screening Questionnaire/Asperger Syndrome Screening Questionnaire - and ASAS - Australian Scale for Asperger Syndrome. ASSQ and ASAS are checklists for a completion on by lay informants when assessing symptoms characteristic of Asperger syndrome and other high-functioning autism spectrum disorders in children and adolescents with a normal intelligence. Data for the parent and teacher ratings in the samples (sample AUT comprised 42 6- to 16-years-old children (39 boys, 3 girls) with Asperger syndrome or high-functioning autism, the sample LMD comprised 143 cases (130 boys, 13 girls) with ADHD and leaming disorders and the control group of 163 participants (147 boys, 16 girls) from mainstream schools without any formal diagnosis) are presented along with various measures of reliability and validity. The pharmacotherapy of the asthma

Asthma bronchiale is a very common chronic disorder of airways with not fully elucidated pathology, which is not fully curable at the moment. It is estimated that 300 millions of persons suffer from asthma. About 8% of adult population and 10% of children are affected in the Czech republic. The aim of this thesis is to give an overview of contemporary modern pharmacotherapy of asthma. Firstly, this work describes asthma from pathophysiological and epidemiological point of view, among others: risk factors, used classification of asthma and its clinical diagnosis. The main emphasis is given particularly on pharmacotherapy with subdivision on preventive antiastmatic dugs (controllers) and rapid acting bronchodilatators (relievers) including the therapy of asthmatic exacerbation. Overviews of asthmatic pharmacotherapy during pregnancy and inhalatory system in the therapy of asthma at the present are summarized at the end.

Kindergarten in Pustiměř

This diploma thesis „Kindergarten in Pustiměř“ is processed in the form design documentation for the construction. The building is situated in west part village Pustiměř on the slightly sloping land. Horizontally building corresponds approximately L – shaped, where one site has a two floors and another site has one floor. It is a masonry building, without a basement and with a flat roof. The project will also include the parking lots and pavements. Kindergarten consists of three departments, each with capacity of 20 children. The building also has economy section, section lead and section for a speech therapy and classroom language.
