Legal Matters of Advertising Market - with Emphasis on Product Placement

Thesis deals with product placement in Czech marketing practice in the light of existence of regulations given by EC directive 2007/65/EC. It arbitrates alternatives of product placement regulation ban as it works now or liberalization under restrictive conditions.
The influence of trade liberalization on developing countries, a provided support of these countries in international market place with a highlight of Fair Trade.

The main goal of the thesis was an analysis of the current situation in the international market place. In particular, the situation of developing countries. What kind of help is provided to them by the other countries and especially what extant of participation has Czech republic in Fair Trade. There was studied what influence is the liberalization of international trade on developing countries. In the second part of thesis were czech towns and retail shops studied via questionnaire in order to find out what awareness have czech consumers about Fair Trade.
Marketing communication of non-state and non-profit organisations in the area of consumer protection

Finally I would like to summarize what is evidenced by the results of my work. In case that the activity of SOS, SIC is for some of the consumers really distant can be caused by e.g. that is used only some of the marketing instruments which do not adequately inform. For this reason were suggested some of other possibilities, how to use the marketing instruments and with this to get into the subconscious of the consumers.
Chosen problems of consumer protection

The main aim of my work is to determine consumers' knowledge of their rights. I am interested in this issue both in general terms and with a focus on food. The necessary information was obtained from marketing research especially by asking consumers. The conclusion includes the results of this research and also proposals to improve consumer foreknowledge. These proposals were consulted on the Consumers Defence Association in Ceske Budejovice.
Purchasing decision process of consumers in the sweet biscuits and wafers market

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze a purchasing behavior of consumers in the market of biscuits and wafers, find specifics and map out the usage of sales channels. The first part focuses on the theoretical apparatus that helps to understand consumers' predispositions, lifestyle and purchasing decision process in general. The second part concentrates on biscuits and wafers and the current situation. The third practical part deals with the results of marketing research of consumers in biscuits and wafers category.
Business ethics

The role of ethics in business is often underestimated and we often come across an argument that a company will prefer its own profit instead of ethics. The aim of this thesis is to prove that ethics has its proper place in business and that its assertion can benefit all parties involved. This is demonstrated in three chosen areas including advertising, customer relations and relations to employees. This thesis also introduces the corporate social responsibility model, as well as the role of ethics in it.
The legal regulation of consumer protection, specifically the regulation of liability for product defects

This bachelor's thesis deals with the question of consumer protection, specifically with the regulation of liability for product defects, eventually with liability for damage caused by the product defect. The reader will learn especially how to act when a product defect appears, then in what term he has to apply his rights or by whom and under which conditions. This topic is made clear not only by using quotations of the law but also by showing on examples and experiences. The list of most common fraud practices of sellers is also mentioned. In this thesis, you can also find some information about consumer organizations -- what is their goal or how to contact them. At the end I analyzed how well the consumers know their rights. I created a form where people could choose from more answers the right one. In my survey took part more than one hundred people.
Consumer Contracts and possibility of withdrawal

This bachelor's thesis deals with the problematics of consumer contracts, the conception of which is relatively new in the Czech law system. The goal of this thesis is to give the reader the general idea about the principles of the consumer contracts problematics, its legal regulations and possibilities, how to defend oneself in particular situations, especially how to witdraw from the contract. The reader will learn, what actually consumer contracts are, who can be the participant of that contractual relations, then something about the legal institutes, which provide the protection to the consumer, especially we will focus on situations, when the consumer has the right to withdraw the contract. Due to the rising popularity of purchaces realized via internet is this thesis also going to devote to contracts made by the means of the communication at distance. Also contracts made out of the business premises are mentioned. In context of holidays we will mention also the contracts called time-sharing. At the end of the thesis we are to have a look at the most often types of consumer contracts, namely contract of purchase and contract for work, and how and when to withdraw from them.
Analysis of safety of food on market in Czech republic

Bachelor thesis is focused on safety of food on market in Czech republic. The aim of bachelor thesis is to analyse provision of safety of food on czech market from view of both legislation and consumers, to identify basic problems and to make a proposal into the future. In theoretical part this bachelor thesis aproximates legislative security and main institutions, dangers for consumers, protection of consumers, etc. Practical part provides analysis of food market in Czech republic and is based on questionnaire and own investigation. All reached findings are summarised and appreciated in outcome of thesis, including proposals into the future.

V práci dále srovnávám společenskou odpovědnost v postkomunistických zemích a v zemích EU, zabývám se problematikou měřitelnosti odpovědnosti a přímých zahraničních investic.
