The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of remuneration of employees in the researched company and on proposals for changes that would lead to greater employee satisfaction. The work consists of three main parts - theoretical, analytical and design part. The theoretical part, with the help of professional literature, focuses on the system of employee remuneration and helps to understand this issue. The analytical part follows, which already deals with the analysis of the current remuneration system of a particular company. The final part of the bachelor's thesis is the design part, in which measures are proposed that will lead in practice to improve the system of remuneration of employees in the surveyed company and their greater satisfaction.

The master‘s thesis deals with optimizing of the reward system with a focus on the motivation of empoyees in the selected company. The introductory part concerns its theoretical background on the motivation and a reward system. The practical part contains evaluation of the current reward system. To get needed informations was used survey research of permanent employees and interview with employee. Outcome of this work are proposals to improve the current condition of the reward system with a focus on increasing employee motivation.

My thesis is generally focused on employee remuneration system, however the main focus is on wage forms and their influence on emploees‘ motivation. The outcome of the research properly describes wage forms and contains suggestions for improvement of particular wage forms and contributes to overall increase in effectiveness of chosen remuneration system.

The diploma thesis considers the system of remuneration of employees in a selected center with using the concept of total remuneration. The main and selection purpose of this thesis is puropose the development of a remuneration system in this company. The theoretical part of the thesis is solved via factual research. The analytical part examines the current remuneration system and the effects of the internal and external environment with respect to the current coronavirus crisis. Through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, shortcomings in the current remuneration system were identified, from which proposals were derived for the development of an employee remuneration system and an economic assessment of the costs of the proposed changes.
