Employees recruitment in the organization

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the processes of acquisition and selection of employees in IT companies during the economic recession. The first part describes general methods of recruitment in IT companies. It characterizes different methods of employees selection and describes their benefits and risks. The second part analyzes the acquisition and selection of employees in one specific Czech IT company. It evaluates different methods of recruitment in terms of candidates success in the selection process. It also analyzes the processes of recruitment and basic HR indicators. The end of the work makes recommendations to the analyzed company that can help to reduce costs and increase effectiveness of recruitment processes.
Comparison of two information systems with the accent on the branch of human resources management for small and medium enterprises

This diploma thesis is focusing on comparison of two information systems with the accent on the branch of human resources management for small and medium enterprises. This thesis has many goals: (1) to compare two human resources information systems for small and medium enterprises; (2) to find out and analyze the trends of human resources information systems; (3) to make a detailed list of functions of the human resources information system, choose the functions which are above standard, and confront them with the trends; (4) to solve the need of a new information system in a small company as a case study. The goals are accomplished by means of communication with practice (preferably with HR analytics, HR managers and information systems suppliers). The detailed function structure is used as a comparison tool, and both information systems are confronted with it. The trends were found out by using researches and interviews with the HR analytics. Application of the information system for small company is the author's job content. The small company is using the information system in spite of the fact that it is not complete. Among the added values of this thesis we can state connection of the author's primary and secondary specialization (Information systems and technologies, Human resources management), application of knowledge into business practice, and confrontation of the trends with the opinions of the HR managers.

Teoretical part concerns with single stages of job interview, preparations for interview and supporting documents. Next section is focused on activities and HR employees mistakes during interwiev. Following part is deals with applicants nonverbal behavior and ethics. Last segment concerns with actual legislature.

The thesis "Recruitment and development of employees in Mlékárna Klatovy a. s." is doing research in theoretical part in different kinds of new employees recruitment, personal planning, analysis of jobs and also system of company education, its planning and realization of professional career. Practical part includes theoretical knowledge in practice, analyses methods of employees recruitment used in company, choosing employees, actual personal policy and system of education and people development. There are recommendations for next stage improvement in the final part of thesis.
The Recruitment Process in the ČSOB

The target of the master thesis is to examine and judge a process of recruiting, selection and hiring employees in the ČSOB. There are theoretical knowledge and recommendations about the process summarized in the theoretical part of the thesis. The theoretical part is written on the basis of books and internet resources. The thesis follows on with a practical part. There is examined and judged the process of recruiting, selection and hiring employees in the ČSOB in the practical part of the thesis. The segment RET/SME (segment with Retail / Small and Medium Enterprises clients) is accented. The segment is characterized by huge amount of employees and huge amout of new employees needed. The practical part is written on the basis of the ČSOB documents, internet resources, interviewing ČSOB employees and participation in Assessment Centrum and Selection Interview with candidates. There are also recommendations how to improve the process of recruiting, selection and hiring employees in the ČSOB in the thesis.

The practical part consists of a survey about the ethic behavior in the organization and of the results of a survey. The main aim of the thesis is to create a complete overview of particular activities of the human resources politics from the perspective of a modern corporate management. On the basis of theoretical principles developed by the HR management to assess the individual activities in the example of selected company and propose improvements in areas, in which seems deficiencies. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first part of the thesis summarizes the theoretical principles of HR management, which constitute the basis for the evaluation of the HR management in the selected company, referred in the practical part. The second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the company, which is next featured under the fictitious name of Chemická, a.s.. The third part of the thesis presents a comprehensive view of HR management practice in the watched company. The structure of this part of the most deliberately corresponds theoretical part. Fourth part of the thesis evaluate on the basis of theoretical knowledge the real HR management in the selected company. The HR management is showing no sign of any serious failure. The activities are carried out professionally and secured by sophisticated company directives. The HR management seeks to meet both, corporate and the personal needs and goals. Chemická, a.s. respects in managing their human resources the modern approaches and strengthens so the strongest of the four pillars of business, the human resources.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current situation of the information system in the company and to find out its functionality in the area of human sources retrieval. The thesis is focused on the activities of personal officers who work with information systems. It describes the progressive processes of the recruitment of new employees from the first contact to the final contract completion. It suggests the communication interface with personal servers dealing with automating of personal officers' activities and making their work more effective. It uses modern analytical tools and software methods. The part of the processing is also time and financial estimate for creating the application.
