Práce se zabývá metodami personální práce v ČSOB a.s. v oblastech vytváření pracovních míst, získávání, výběr a adaptace zaměstnanců, hodnocení, vzdělávání, rozvoj kariéry, odměňování a zaměstnanecké výhody. Před samotnou analýzou se nachází teoretický základ a popis jednotlivých metod v organizaci. V práci je následně provedena analýza pomocí průzkumu mezi zaměstnanci, zhodnoceny slabé a silné stránky a navržena případná opatření. The thesis analyses and evaluates human resources methods in ČSOB a.s. in the areas of creating engagements, employees recruitment, adaptation, appraisal, education, remuneration and benefits. Firstly, the theoretical aspects of the thesis are described and explained.Secondly, the methods used in ČSOB are described. Thirdly, the human resources research is proceeded, the week and strong points are mentioned and possible recommendation are suggested.
