The aim of the thesis is to develop a lean production design and its implementation in the given production process based on a detailed analysis of the current situation.

Title: Evaluation of the effects of different walking types on the postural stability in healthy seniors - a systematic review. Objective: The main objective of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of the impact of different types of walking on the postural stability in healthy elderly, based on the available resources corresponding to the established inclusion criteria. Force platforms were used as the tool to evaluate and to objectify postural stability in all studies included. These platforms are capable of measurement the level of postural stability by recording stance excursions in multiple directions. This thesis makes efforts to review the level of the possible future inclusion of different walking types in the process of physical therapy among older patients, regarding to improve the postural stability as well as the fall prevention in these patients. The next goals of this diploma thesis are to determine which type of walking appears to be the most efficient comprising the fall prevention as well as to assess the optimal frequency of the ordinary walking performance to achieve the same objective. Improving the B2B ordering process

The diploma thesis is focused on the improvement of goods ordering process through the wholesale system in a small company dealing with import of household products and gift items from Asian countries. Diploma thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part serves as an introduction to business processes, information systems and change management. The second part consists of an analysis of the internal environment of the company, a B2B ordering process analysis and a research on requirements for an improved version of the wholesale system. The third part is devoted to a proposal of the ordering process improvement and suggestion of a new version of the wholesale system based on the identified requirements of the process and stakeholders.
Improving Fine Motor Skills after Two Months of Hippotherapy in a Child with DMO

Titles: Improvement of fine motor skills after two months of hippotherapy in a child with cerebral palsy Objectives: The aim of this work is to assess the effect of two months of hippotherapy on fine motor skills of a child with cerebral palsy. Methods: For the research, I chose one proband, a girl 8.5 years old. A set of MABC-2 battery tests was used to collect empirical measurements. Results: After two months of hippotherapy, it was possible to increase fine motor skills in a child diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Testing with MABC-2 batteries requires that not only fine motor skills be improved, but also gross motor skills and the child's balance. The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the performance of a selected company using the START Model. The introductory part is dedicaded to clarifying the theoretical basis, basic concepts and the method of measuring performance. The analytical part introduces the evaluated organization, conducts a survey using the selected model and according to the results are interpreted strengths and areas for improvement. In the last section, based on the outputs of the analysis, measures are proposed to increase the company's performance.

Enhancement of Probabilistic Methods for Password Cracking

This thesis describes passwords cracking using probabilistic context-free grammars, specifically PCFG Cracker tool. The aim of the thesis is to design and implement enhancements to this tool, which reduce the size of output dictionaries while maintaining acceptable success rate. This work also solves critical parts in the tool that slow down the overall duration of the program. Another goal of the thesis is to analyze and implement targeted attack dictionaries that increase the scope and success rate of generated passwords.
Improvement of manufacturing technology of flange

This diploma thesis focuses on improvement of the existing technology of the flange part in cooperation with the company Znojemské strojírny, s r.o. The theoretical part describes the technologies used in machining of the component. Subsequently, cutting materials and aluminum alloys are dealt with. A detailed analysis of the existing technology is performed in the practical part of the thesis followed by rationalization of the production process, which was carried out with respect to time and financial savings. A new technological procedure is developed after the improvement of the current production process. Finally, a technical-economic evaluation of the design improvement process is carried out.
