Strategic analysis of NGO Stará škola

The aim of this Masters thesis is the implementation of the strategic analysis on nongovernmental organization Stará škola, z.s. In first, theoretical part it focuses on the characteristics of the non-profit sector and the methodology used for the strategic analysis. The second part applies this methodology on the organization Stará škola. To analyze the macroenvironment it uses PEST analysis, in the context of microenvironment it focuses on the analysis of competitors, clients and public. This thesis also includes financial analysis, which also focuses on models BAMF and KAMF, which are often used in the context of NGOs. In conclusion, the thesis aims to evaluate the overall status of the organization and list some recommendations for the future.
The strategic analysis of the Domov Sue Ryder

The aim of the thesis is implementation of the strategic analysis for the non-governmental organization Domov Sue Ryder, o.p.s. and to identify all the factors which have impact on its economy. The work deals with the effects of the external environment and the internal resources, which are available for the organization. There was used PEST analysis for analysis of the micro-environment. I have identified all the factors that affect the firm's ability to satisfy customer needs in section related to the micro-environment. These are members in the sector of social services for elderly. They form competition or support for the organization. The important part is also the synthesis of the results of the strategic analysis. There are listed strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The conclusion summarizes the most important information. There are suggested recommendations to management for improving.

The topic of my bachelor's thesis is "Analysis of company competion of EkoTerm -- Servis, spol. s. r. o.'' The main target is to analysis company to compare his company competion to his biggest competitors. The thesis is splited to two parts. Teoretical part analyzes, what does competiton mean, definition of company competion, how can we gage the company competiton. Company is going to be analyze by strategic analysis of makro and mikro surroundings. Strategic analysis of mikro surroundings stays on benchmarking method. By this method I am going to analyze this company by method of Porter and his competitve forces and financial analysis. In the end is going to be made SWOT analysis. In practical part is going to be used all analysis, which were mentioned in teoretical part supplemented by comparation of prices services. The practical part is ended by SWOT analysis, which is showing strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Analýza prostředí a návrh strategie pro Tonak a.s.

The Bachelor thesis evaluates the external and internal environment of the company Tonak a. s. On the basis of this analysis, the target is to design a strategy which allows the company to increase its market share and competitiveness in international markets. The part of the literature review describes basic concepts and methods that have been already written by other authors to these topics. In part of the results the individual methods are applied directly to the millinery industry and for the company Tonak a. s. The external environment is evaluated by STEPE analysis and Porter's model of competitive forces. The principle of the value chain is used for the analysis of the internal environment. The important factors of external and internal environment are summarized by SWOT analysis and a new strategy is proposed. The discussion part elaborates recommendation for the company and formulates benefits and costs of the chosen strategy.
Podnikový management ve vybraných vendingových společnostech

The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the vending companies and their business management. The theoretical part describes the basic terminology of the topic. The practical part is focused on the companies themselves, it analyzes and characterizes internal and external surroundings of the vending companies. External environment was analyzed using the PESTE analysis, Porters five forces model and EFE matrix. Main topics of the internal environment analysis were the subject of the business, IFE matrix and the financial analysis. The complex analysis of the whole environment is based on the IE matrix and the SWOT analysis. This thesis contains practical suggestions and recommendations directed to the areas of competitiveness, financial and effective use of sources.
Marketing plan of Müller ČR/SR k.s.

The main goal of the Master's Thesis is to create one year marketing plan for the Müller for year 2012, which will be in accordance with actual market position and development of the Müller company. The Master's Thesis combines theoretical and practical approach and offers a comprehensive look at the issue of marketing plan. The first part deals with the situation analysis, including internal data, research data from research agency AC Nielsen and Porter's model of competing forces. The output of the situation analysis is the evaluation of opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company, under which the marketing goals were proposed. Regarding the marketing goals a new strategies of marketing mix were suggested. The proposal of individual activity and their timing is illustrated in the chart of the action plan. The last part summarizes the systems of measurement and controls Design of individual activities and their timing is contained in the Action Plan. At the end are summarized measurement systems and controls.

This Master's Thesis aims to assess overall financial health of the company Silektro s.r.o. and makro and micro surroundings components influence to its business. Firstly, theoretical basis and selected procedures are described. In practical part, individual methods combining internal and external analyses are applied. The key methods of this thesis are financial analysis, PEST analysis and Porter's Competitive Forces Model. The last used method is synthesis by SWOT. The required outcome is to evaluate analyses used and assessment of the overall business situation in reference period.

The aim of the final thesis was implementation of strategic analysis of dental orthodontia laboratory. The final thesis should help to laboratory during the process of transformation to social entrepreneurship. Strategic analysis pursues macroeconomic and microeconomic environment that influence enterprise in profitable and nonprofit surroundings. In case that laboratory will execute all statutory claims, transformation could be done in january 2011. Results of the analysis proved very good strategic position of laboratory between competition. High quality of the products was the main reason. I determined two strategic aims for laboratory as social entrepreneurship. The one of them deal with the employing of the handicapped or disadvantaged people in the labour market. The second one focus on the sustenance of the contemporary high quality. I divided these aims to the six tactical goals.

The subject of the diploma thesis titled "Strategy analysis of the company" is a strategic analysis of the selected company. Its purpose is to analyze a current status of the company with focus on finance and distribution channels. Further, based on findings conceive a strategic recommendation for the company. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part is described a general approach to company strategy, strategic analysis and instruments for company strategy analysis. In the practical part are chosen analyses applied on the selected company -- adidas ČR s.r.o. Finally, findings of applied analysis are summarized into the strategic recommendation for the selected company.

Práce charakterizuje činnost konkrétní firmy působící na domácím trhu v oblasti dovozu a distribuce potravin. Měnící se podmínky trhu vyžadují přizpůsobení se těmto změnám, kdy prvním krokem k úspěchu je pečlivá analýza současného stavu. Rozbor vnějšího okolí firmy, zejména prostřednictvím PEST analýzy, Porterova modelu konkurenčních sil a BCG matice, a vnitřního prostředí pomocí stručné marketingové analýzy a finanční analýzy, je základním prvkem pro tvorbu SWOT analýzy, jako výstupu analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Návrh optimální strategie firmy na základě výsledků SWOT analýzy s cílem přizpůsobení se daným podmínkám trhu.
