Financial health of the company

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to predict the future of the company Eta a.s., which produces electronic devices. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, to which a practical part relates. The instruments are described in the theoretical part and applied on the company afterward. Methods, which I used, are ex post and ex ante analysis. Through them it is possible to find out, what kind of trend was in the past and what prediction could be expected in the future. In the financial analysis I will figure out horizontal and vertical analysis, proportional and differential indicators, Du Pont's decomposition and economic value added. There will be used bankruptcy and creditworthy models to predict the future. In the theoretical part, computations and recommended values of ex post and also ex ante analysis will be described. Company will be introduced in the practical part and described computations will be applied. The financial situation of the company will be compared with competitive companies.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate a financial situation of company Drutěva, co-operative society and to recommend possibilities of a future improvement. The evaluation of the financial situation will be presented by financial analysis for the period from 2009 to 2013. In the thesis will be used methods of the financial analysis and its index numbers. The first part explains importance and content of the financial analysis and also describes selected methods of this analysis. Then there are used those methods to find out the situation of the co-operative society. The conclusion of the thesis contains summary of the financial analysis, evaluation of the situation of the company and also recommendations for the future advancement of Drutěva.

Financial analysis of company Chemex s. r. o.

This bachelor's thesis deals with issue of financial analysis of firm Chemex s. r. o. between the years of 2009 and 2013. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one focuses on descpription of chosen metodics which will be applied in the practical part. The second section consists of financial analysis of the firm and related conclusions. The very last part offers short-term financial plan for the year 2014. Planned balance sheet and income statement will be drawn up. Both statements will be then compared with the real data. The closing part consists of the summary of results and recommendations for the firm. The analysis shows that results of the firm were negatively influenced by the financial crisis. However, thanks to actions taken by the management the situation got better and most of the indicators reach now higher values comparing to pre-crisis values.

This Bachelor Thesis "Financial analysis of the company Kovovýroba Hoffmann, s.r.o." is focused on the period 2009-2013. The mail goal of the Bachelor Thesis is to find out the financial situation, strengths and weaknesses of the company based on public financial statements. Financial analysis contains methods such as analysis of absolute indicators, net working capital, ratio indicators, economic value added, DuPont analysis, Kralick Quicktest, Altman Z-Score and Index IN05. The Bachelor Thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical-methodical indicators are introduced in the first part. The second-practical part is focused on the application of these indicators. In the conclusion of the Bachelor Thesis, the output of financial analysis is summarized and there are my recommendations for a possible improvement.

The aim of this thesis is to assess the financial situation of winery Vinselekt Michlovský, a.s. One of the most important findings, which sould be in this thesis finded out, is to assess investment in nonalcoholic and lowalcoholic wines. The thesis is devided into three parts. The theoretical part of this thesis contains methods of financial analysis, which will be applied on analysed winery in practical part of this thesis. The final part is the overall assessment of the financial situation of analysed winery.

This thesis's objective is to analyse financial health of LAPEK, a.s. The sources used for this analysis are financial statements from the period 2009 to 2013 posted at www.justice.cz. Financial health as a whole is assessed in compliance with several aspects of financial health; these are effectiveness, liquidity, solvency, activity and stability. The applied ratios are later used in two models -- bankruptcy model IN 95 and creditworthy Model of financial health. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, it consists of descriptions of sources, users and methodology, and furthermore it contains a catalogue of ratios used in the practical part. The second part is focused on the financial analysis itself and it assesses the financial health based on bankruptcy and creditworthy model.

This Bachelor Thesis is aimed at processing financial analysis of Mondeléz Czech Republic s.r.o. through the years 2009 to 2013. The work itself is divided into two parts. First is a theorethical background followed by a practical part. Theoretical part is aimed to define single methods, informatic outputs and indicators of financial analysis. At the beginning of the practical part company Mondeléz s.r.o. itself is presented and afterwards the financial analysis is made using their annual report and account sheets. In the conclusion datas gained by the analysis are summarized and precautions are suggested to help the company's current situation.

The aim of this thesis is to assess the financial situation of the company JAWA Moto spol. Ltd. for the period 2009-2014, to compare company with competitors and to add information about the development of the company in 2015. Thesis is based on publicly available information. The financial analysis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the different methods and procedures for calculating financial analysis. The methods of financial analysis include horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules, analysis of the indicators, Du Pont pyramidal decomposition, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and EVA. The practical part is based of the selected methods which are applied to the targeted company JAWA Moto spol. s r.o. The end of work contains a summary of the observation period and assessing the financial situation of the company

Financial analysis of Madeta, a. s.

The aim of this thesis was to carry out financial analysis and examine the financial health of the company Madeta and as a company where they stand in terms of return over in the observation period 2010-2013. My thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is methodological, where I define various financial indicators, with them I am working in the application part. The second part is the application part, where I perform financial analysis and the results are compared with competing company Danone. By financial analysis was found out, that crisis in dairy industry had influence on all the indicators of Madeta. Therefore Madeta cut the costs, restructured production and had to discharge a large number of employees. In 2013 Madeta reached positive indicator values, therefore we can assume that the company got over the crisis in health.

The aim of the thesis "Valuation of company Opavia - LU, Ltd." is to perform assessment of the financial situation and valuation of the selected company. The analysis is worked out from the perspective of external users for the accounting period 2009-2013. The methodical section provides analysis of financial indicators, which are then examined in the practical part of the company itself. Financial analysis includes vertical and horizontal analysis, analysis of financial ratios and economic added value. Further, this work also focuses on prediction of the financial plan for future 5 year and valuation of the company based on discounted cash flow method.
