Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou finanční analýzy firmy Chemex s. r. o. a to v období let 2009 až 2013. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. V první se věnuji popisu a zdůvodnění výběru metodiky, která bude aplikována v praktické části finanční analýzy. Druhá část obsahuje samotnou finanční analýzu firmy Chemex s. r. o.: horizontální a vertikální analýzu, analýzu poměrových ukazatelů a scoringový bonitní model. Poslední část nabídne krátkodobý finanční plán pro rok 2014, v rámci něhož bude sestavena plánová rozvaha a výkaz zisku a ztráty. Oba výkazy budou následně porovnány se skutečnými údaji. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí výsledků z provedené analýzy a doporučení pro firmu. Z analýzy vyplývá, že finanční krize negativně ovlivnila výsledky firmy Chemex, nicméně opatření přijatá jednateli vedla ke zlepšení a většina ukazatelů překonala i své předkrizové hodnoty. This bachelor's thesis deals with issue of financial analysis of firm Chemex s. r. o. between the years of 2009 and 2013. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one focuses on descpription of chosen metodics which will be applied in the practical part. The second section consists of financial analysis of the firm and related conclusions. The very last part offers short-term financial plan for the year 2014. Planned balance sheet and income statement will be drawn up. Both statements will be then compared with the real data. The closing part consists of the summary of results and recommendations for the firm. The analysis shows that results of the firm were negatively influenced by the financial crisis. However, thanks to actions taken by the management the situation got better and most of the indicators reach now higher values comparing to pre-crisis values.
