Cost Analysis of a building

The diploma thesis purpose is to choose optimal structure of the modernisation of slab block flat roof, according to building life cycle coast minimalisation. Based on the theoretical knowledge, the design of the stack was made in different phases and based on the building life cycle cost, considering the decreasing value of money over time. The selection of the optimal solution followed, taking account the specific conditions of the given scope of realization and the specific object. The choice is justified by the related analysis of key items.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the cost of acquisition of a family of wooden house from a financial point of view. For the determination of the amount of the cost of construction has been used softwares BUILDpower S and Kros 4 applying when calculating the cost of building structures according to their own pricing systems. Processed budgets structures were compared with each other and used to assess the budget offered by the company. The obtained data have to inform the prospective investor about the hidden costs in the acquisition of the building and also offer information about software for budgeting available on the Czech construction market.

The Use of Metohods of the Project Management in Company

The aim of the thesis is to propose a project for the implementation of information system in a selected company with the use of theoretical knowledge discussed in the second chapter. The third chapter contains information about this company and the analysis of ice hockey statistical systems. In the fourth part of the thesis is presented the proposal of project documentation for the implementation and the benefits of suggested solutions.

Investment costs of wooden structures

The aim of this thesis is to compare the costs for the construction of various construction systems wooden buildings. The first part deals with the historical and contemporary construction systems wooden structures and materials that are used in these buildings. Details are discussed in the work of the wood, its properties and uses in the construction industry. Another chapter deals with the pricing, kinds of budgets and costs. In the end of the technical characteristics listed buildings. Practical work in the introduction describes the layout and construction of selected timber, which is then compared with log technology. The comparison is done from several perspectives. First they are compared and evaluated their quality characteristics. A chapter about the cost of delivery and installation of individual houses from the perspective of works HSV and PSV. As the last are compared to the cost of individual construction and then the total cost of construction, operation and disposal of buildings. The conclusion is a summary evaluation of the results obtained.

The thesis deals with electronic communication through data mailboxes. It provides the legal framework that regulates this kind of communication and how to work with data mailboxes as a business entity.
The theoretical part is about issues and defining basics concepts, legal framework and ways how to work with the data mailboxes.
The practical part is devoted to the company, which uses the data mailboxes to comunicate with authorities and also with clients. Based on consultation with users is evaluated what pros and cons brought them this news and also is quantified their cost savings, which are associated with communication through data mail boxes.

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis in the first part is to describe function and types of prices and costs. Then there are described general processes of calculation with preoccupation on constructional production. The second part focuses on an issue of one-cover flat roofs with roofing coating of waterproof and bituminous membranes, its technical solutions and analysis of assemblies from the viewpoint of the costs of customers. There are several chosen objects from houses and industrial buildings, that serve as examples of setting of estimate index of construction item and estimate index of building element. Key items in terms of financial cost alternatives are designed to achieve savings.

It shows the processes of applications of geosynthetics and typical errors in these processes, foreign experience with the use of geotextiles and products of domestic manufacturers. In the practical section thesis compares the various proposals of geotextiles for various bedrocks. Including financial evaluation of individual proposals.
