in English The present Master's thesis deals with the hunting legislation in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into 4 chapters, some of which are further subdivided into subchapters. The first chapter contemplates the history of hunting. The second chapter provides a detailed overview of the sources of the hunting legislation. The analysis covers the sources of the Czech legislation, the European legislation and international treaties. The third chapter is the key chapter of the thesis. It encompasses a detailed analysis of the applicable Czech hunting law. The fourth and last chapter contains the hunting legislation of the Slovak Republic. A part of this chapter is a comparative analysis of the Czech and Slovak hunting legislation. The main objective of this thesis is to analyse in detail the current hunting legislation, to emphasise the major deficiencies and to propose appropriate solutions.

The legal regulation of hunting Thesis on hunting legislation is aimed at showing the current legislation, hunting in the Czech Republic, in particular the analysis of the Hunting Act No. 449/2001 Coll., Other laws relating to the protection of nature and animals and ultimately implementing regulations of these laws. The work also focuses on the forthcoming amendment to the Hunting Act. The thesis contains rules in force on 1 March 2013.

The goal of the submitted thesis: "The legal regulation of hunting and gamekeeping" is to evaluate the hunting legislation in the Czech Republic and to propose possible solutions leading to eliminate their lacks. The thesis describes the development of hunting law from 16th century up to the present, including EU legislation and international conventions on the environment related to hunting. It compares also hunting legislation in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.
Application of decision-making models in modernization of weapon equipment of the hunting association Borovy

The aim of this thesis on the application of decision-making models in renewing the arsenal of Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation (MS Borovy, z.s.) is to select, using a method of multi-criteria decision analysis, a suitable hunting weapon that will best comply with the conditions under which the Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation (a registered society) exercises its right to hunt and manage game and wildlife. The theoretical part of this paper focuses on weapons, in addition to describing models of multi-criteria decision-making. The second part of the thesis addresses the tradition of hunting and game management as well as various hunting methods, and introduces the Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation, its hunting grounds and various game species occurring in that area. Subsequently, the author of this paper discusses the selection of a compromise option for a hunting weapon, using a suitable method of multi-criteria decision analysis. Based on the outcome of this selection, a recommendation is made on a suitable hunting weapon for members of the Borovy Gamekeepers' Organisation and the surrounding hunting grounds.
Social perception of Game Management with emphasis on social group dealing with ornithology

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the stand of ornithological comunity on game management under the terms of problematical relationships between these two groups. Its goal is to chart the concrete fields of arguments within the legislation, as well as game management´s beneficial effects and moral aspects. Another pursuit is also to sketch the realization of possible cooperation. Using questionnaire, which was sent to members of Czech Society for Ornithology and its regional subdivisions, the respondents answered 20 questions and these results were statistically evaluated. The results show, that game management itself is perceived slightly differently compared with perception of individual hunters. The game management is evaluated more as salutary, whereas the hunters evoke rather negative feelings among respondents. It can be caused by subjective experiences, which influence the way the respondents see the whole game management society. Legislation seems to be the often repeated problem, to be concrete its breaking for example by illegal hunting or insufficient demands for to get a hunting and a gun licence. Ornithologists would also welcome changes regarding the list of the game animals. Problem is also the insufficient knowledge of hunters in the field of ornithology and ekology, which could be solved by tightening the conditions for the hunting and the gun licence. From the proposals, which were laid in the questionnairy and which are dealing with improving of the mutual relations, the respondents voted mainly discussion - collective, regular, at the expert level, where could be possible to solve actual issues relating game management, as well as ornithology.

Canine statistic-the number of bred dogs entered in the stud book, the number of dogs registered for the spring downspouts, the number of dogs who have passed the trial, the number of breeding dogs. The ratio of small and large breeds of dogs at a time. Fads breeding hunting dogs in a given time period. Statistics breeding and hunting on the territory in the same period. Statistics restocking in the locality. Results after treatment compared to each other and to confirm the relationship to the structure of hunted animals. Finally, the recommendations for practice in a given area.
Didactic and economic evaluation of the process Young peoples Education in the hunting area on example of the region Liberec

This bachelor thesis deals with the education of youth in gamekkping in the Liberec region. The aim was to create a brief research about gamekeepers' education in the Czech Republic. The thesis discusses the evaluation of the range and organization of gamekeepers' education in this region, especially groups of youth in gamekeeping, other campaigns focusing on gamekeeping. There is a part of forest education and ecological and environmental education. In the forms of education, educational aids and studying materials the thesis analyses possibilities of this education, examples of usable educational aids and existing learning literature. The next part of the thesis contains an economic evaluation of this aktivity, a separate chapter is about support and grants from the Liberec region. Finally, there are suggested development measures to increase the quality of education in gamekeeping in the Liberec region.
Evaluation of the weight of animals caught in hunting HS Kunzak

It was done weighing weight caught pieces of roe deer before and after the abattoir body with red deer (Capreolus capreolus), in the time between the years 2002 - 2015 (total 352 pieces), then craniometric simultaneously measuring the skulls of males - a total of 181 skulls. From available research articles, it was found that the weight of deer, roe not only depend on the seasons, especially in the life cycles of animals and to heat, lactation period of emergency and peace. Simultaneously, also on the altitude, the availability and choice of food. Furthermore, the article confirms the fact that animals kept in game preserves is far greater shape than animals in the wild. This research work concerning the weight of deer hunting in Kunžak in southern Bohemia, augmented by craniometric measurement deer. Caught or dead pieces were weighed before the ejection, then after evisceration and decapitation, and runs. Data is written to the tables, then evaluated and averaged. Measurements showed that the size of the skull is not dependent on the weight of pieces of male animals. Best trophy deer showed the greatest weight. This demonstrates the scale of irregular antlers who was best trophy, which was 16.6 kg prior to ejection and 10.5 kg after evisceration department and runs a head. In contrast, the greatest weight was irregular antlers which was 22 kg before ejection and 17 kg after evisceration department and runs a head.
