Právní úprava myslivosti Diplomová práce na téma Právní úprava myslivosti je zaměřena na představení současné právní úpravy myslivosti v České republice, zejména na rozbor zákona o myslivosti č. 449/2001 Sb., dalších zákonů vztahujících se k přírodě a ochraně živočichů a v neposlední řadě prováděcí vyhlášky těchto zákonů. Práce se zaměřuje také na připravovanou novelu zákona o myslivosti. Diplomová práce obsahuje právní úpravu platnou ke dni 1.3.2013. The legal regulation of hunting Thesis on hunting legislation is aimed at showing the current legislation, hunting in the Czech Republic, in particular the analysis of the Hunting Act No. 449/2001 Coll., Other laws relating to the protection of nature and animals and ultimately implementing regulations of these laws. The work also focuses on the forthcoming amendment to the Hunting Act. The thesis contains rules in force on 1 March 2013.
