The main aim of this work is the complete preparation of documents necessary for starting economical activity in gastronomical department, exactly the production and sale of shaked alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The theoretical part includes information necessary for the preparation of the analytical part which analysis current situation and practical part in which are described previous activites to the beggining of doing economical aktivity.

The main topic of this thesis is the trading with one of the most important commodity in the market – electricity. This thesis will analyse the topic from the point of view of a natural person who potentially would like to start trading in the market. The description focuses on causes and consequences of the market liberalization. The electricity trading will be also analyzed from the point of view of a consumer and also of a producer. Possibilities will be listed on how to purchase and sell electricity, principles how particular markets work and also comparison of the price of electricity with the prices of other commodities. The aim is to give a detailed description about domestic market electricity price creation. The main purpose of this thesis is to describe the situation in the domestic market with electricity and future development in this branch, expressing also considerations about switching the electricity supplier.

The branch of business belongs to the hospitality industry. The work consists of three parts. The theoretical part will be based on literary research and serve to define basic concepts. The analytical part will deal with the market analysis and other factors that could improve our business. The final part will deal with the proposal of the business plan itself and its economic success.

SM Enterprise Leasing Building Brno

The Bachelor's thesis is based on an architectural study prepared in the summer semester of the 3rd year bachelor's study on SM enterprice leasing buildign Brno. The aim was to design an industrial facility for small and medium-sized businesses, concentrating various services in one place. Basically the will be situated commercial activities related to craft production, services, arts crafts etc. The complex consist of five buildings for rent. The buildings are provided in two size categories complemented by a common administrative building located in the northern part of the land at the driveway. All objects are oriented parallel to the axis of Hněvkovský Street and follow up on the existing surrounding area. The floor plans are based on the principle of repeating modules. The rectangular module forms the ranting area. Spaces are merged into blocks of four and completed with one common module, where are implemented hygienic facilities and cloakrooms for each of the rentable space. Between the blocks are situated platforms for supply providing.
