Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření podnikatelského záměru pro založení restaurace. Vymezuje základní živnostenské pojmy, zákonné požadavky a teoretická východiska nezbytná pro skutečnou realizaci tohoto projektu. Obsahuje podrobné propočty, analýzy a návrhy řešení, které pomohou odhadnout a ovlivnit možný vývoj podniku v budoucnu. The bachelor's thesis focused on formation a business plan for establishing of restaurant. It defines basic trading concepts, statutory requirements and theoretical bases necessary for real implementation of this project. It includes detailed calculations, analyses and proposals for solution, which helps to estimate and affect possible company development in the future.
