This bachelor thesis focuses on the remuneration system of employees from a theoretical point of view, analysis of internal and external influences acting on the company and a proposal to improve the established system of remuneration in the company. Suggestions for improvement are based on the results of analyzes and on the answers in the questionnaire survey.

The aim of the Master's thesis is to design a new system of remuneration and motivation of employees in the company STORMWARE Ltd. Theoretical part is focused on wage issues, forms of remuneration and motivation. On the basis of survey is reviewed the existing system of remuneration and motivation of employees and compared with theoretical knowledge. In conclusion I present some suggestions for improving the current motivation system STORMWARE Ltd.

The task of diploma´s thesis is trying to find answers to questions that will focus mainly on motivation and stabilization of employees one unnamed company. Through certain activities that invent and some of them even realize, I will try to achieve a lower turnover, and also that employees feel motivated to be part of the employer.

The thesis deals with legislative aspects of the abolition of corporate insolvency and dealing with the expression of the economic consequences arising from the demise of the organization to key stakeholders (employees, state, creditors). The theoretical part deals with basic concepts related to corporate, legal forms of business characteristics, causes and forms of dissolution and its subsequent liquidation process. The practical part focuses on the company, joint stock company, which is in liquidation and the economic consequences arising from the termination of the business activities of this company for state employees and creditors of the organization.

Diploma thesis „Company Motivation System and Proposals for Its Improvement” analyses the specific Company’s motivation system. Using the questionnaire, the employees’ satisfaction with the current system and the level of their motivation are surveyed. Based on the findings and the motivation theories the improvements are suggested. This aims to enhance the motivation system of the Company, desirably motivated employees and their performance increase.
