Vliv zkrmování výlisků z technického konopí na senzorickou kvalitu masa brojlerových kuřat
Fernandová, Dominika
This thesis deals with the influence of hempseed cakes in feed mixtures on the sensory meat quality of broiler chickens. During the experiment broiler chickens were fed with feed mixtures containing 5 % and 15 % of hempseed cakes and compared with the control group deprived of hempseed cakes. The total carcass yield, carcass yield of breast and thigh muscle, the amount of dry matter, crude protein and fat were determined. The pH and color of meat were measured and at the end of this experiment sensory evaluation of breast and thigh muscle was performed. For most sensory descriptors statistically significant differences were not demonstrated. Sensory evaluation of breast muscle determined a statistically significant difference (P < 0,05) with descriptors of odour and fibrousness. Sensory evaluation of thigh muscle showed a statistically significant difference (P < 0,05) with descriptors of odour, color, fibrousness and flavour.

Legalization of Cannabis for Non-medical Purposes in the United States: Discrepancy between Federal and State Laws
Vlach, Tomáš ; Sehnálková, Jana (advisor) ; Calda, Miloš (referee)
This thesis focuses on the issue of cannabis legalization in Colorado. Legislation adopted at the federal level prohibits production, distribution and consumption of cannabis. Through public ballot initiatives, use of cannabis for non-medical purposes was legalized on the state level. This approach represents a fundamental change in drug policy and, in the future, it could affect federal drug policy regarding cannabis. This thesis uses the example of Colorado to illustrate the inconsistency in the legal approach to cannabis between some of the U.S. states and the federal government. By describing and analyzing the control measures in Colorado, this thesis aims to identify various regulatory risks, which might cause conflicts with the federal government. The thesis points to the liberal aspects of the regulation in Colorado and confronts the discrepancy with the directive of the federal government to establish a strong regulatory framework that is consistent with federal priorities in the area of law enforcement. The thesis contains a set of recommendations that contribute to reducing potential negative effects. Even though the federal government did not interfere with state's cannabis legalization, these recommendations could prevent a possible clash with the federal government, which still de jure...
Formation of seed yield and evaluation of health state in hemp (\kur{Cannabis sativa} L.) cultivars
KUKLINA, Aleksandra
Hemp is a very usefull plant which can be grown for fiber, seeds and biomass. Although it is a plant from the group of alternative crops, and it is require more research and practical experiments. The main object of this bachelor work was focused on the formation of the yield of seeds in few varieties of hemp and the evaluation of seed quality. For the evaluating of yield formation was founded a plots field trial with 4 hemp varieties: Bialobrzeskie, Finola, Fedora 17, Fibrol. Further research on the composition of hemp seeds was continued on the varieties: Finola, Tiger, Fedora 17, USO-31 and Futura 75, obtained from a regional hemp grower. Proper choice of variety and basic agro-technology are the initial factors for successful seed yield formation. Further, in the first place as well, the density and the health status of the growth. In observing the development of the photosynthetic apparatus, there was confirmed a certain difference during the vegetation of the early and late varieties and the subsequent phenological changes of the plants. Hemp is a highly competitive crop against weeds, and no disease or pests has been, except for damage caused by birds. Yield of variety Finola was in range 2,2 1,6 t/ha. While monitoring the dry matter content of the seed, the results showed some differences and varietal influences. For example the highest amount of nitrogenous substances was found in the variety Finola (23.58%), with the lowest percentage of nitrogenous substances in the variety Tiger (21.12%). But for the correct evaluation and conclusions are required further experiments, which may be the aim of my further study.
