Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou předčasných sexuálních zkušeností a pohlavním zneužíváním nezletilých dívek. Téma této práce vzniklo s ohledem na profesní zaměření autorky, která pracuje jako sociální pracovnice. Předčasné zahájení pohlavního života a pohlavní zneužití se v poslední době vyskytuje ve stále větší míře, a tím vzniká i potřeba na tuto problematiku reagovat a řešit v rámci působnosti orgánů sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Cílem diplomové práce je popis dopadů předčasných sexuálních zkušeností a pohlavního zneužití na osobnost nezletilých dívek. Diplomová práce se také zabývá úlohou rodiny, školy a orgánů sociálně právní ochrany dětí v sexuální výchově. Dále také srovnává společné aspekty rodinného prostředí nezletilých dívek a vyhledává společné faktory, které působí v rodinách nezletilých dívek, u kterých došlo k předčasnému zahájení pohlavního života nebo k jejich sexuálnímu zneužití. Výzkumnou metodou této práce jsou především případové studie dvou rodin s nezletilými dívkami, u kterých došlo k předčasnému zahájení pohlavního života. V rámci případových studií byla použita obsahová analýza dokumentů, metoda rozhovoru s nezletilými dívkami a s jejich rodinami. This bachelor thesis "The Importance of Self-Assessment in the Pupil's Personality Development (With Consideration to Other Motivational Factors)" is divided into three parts. First it deals with general questions of the pupil's personality development and aims at seven kinds of heed according to Helus (2009). These are vital for personality development of each child. The second chapter is focused on self-reflection as one of the chosen factors and summarizes the findings about this topic. It presents an extensive terminology which is associated with the concept of self-reflection and personality development. It reminds the idea of adequate self-reflection, development of self-concept and self-regulation. The third chapter aims at family and school as the two basic influences in the child's development of self- concept. It mentions parents' expectations and adequacy of requirements and their influence on the self-concept development and it also deals with possibilities of development at school. Bachelor work deals with a playground and its different roles. The work describes the significance of the playground and concetrates on the forming of the psychomotory aspect of a child personality by concrete game elements. It defines conception of "leisure time" and its signification. The work also deals with the equipment of public playground and its requirements for safety. Analyzes selected playgrounds in Prague 9 - Prosek and makes an inquiry if newly reconstructed playgrounds match the requirements of children and their parents.

The master thesis Management of personal development deals not only with a theoretical picture about the issue of management of personal development in general perspective but also with a practical insight into the investigated company CNC KOVO s.r.o. focusing on workers, production masters and last but not least the company's executives. The theoretical part features some of the basic concepts of the monitored areas, especially time management, stress management and personality analysis of manager. Acquired knowledge is further applied to the practical part of the thesis, and results in recommendations for enhancing the personal development of employees as well as the company's entire business.

Diploma thesis „Management of personal development“ is focused on the analysis in the management of personal development in the production company ITAB Shop Concept CZ, a.s. focusing on technical-economic workers, and especially to the managers of company. The theoretical part is focused on the fundamental concepts in this area, defining the manager’s personality, his demands, self-management (time and stress management), training and development employees. It also discusses the internal and external factors acting on managerial development, improving performance through mental hygiene, lifestyle and wellbeing. The practical part focuses on the current status of management of personal development and the rules under which the selection process and the choice of development and education. It is focused on finding the requirements for managers and design of a particular solution that is focused to the opportunities for further development company.

Research of Application of Reiki Health Energy to Clients with Somatic Illness.

This Bachelor thesis engages in effect of the healing energy REIKI on the particular somatic disease of clients, who I was handing this energy to.The goal of my thesis is to describe the ways, in which you can effectively achieve significant health improvement of the clients with specific diseases. In my thesis I used the method of the qualitative research, specifically the method of the anchored theory. The part of the thesis is the summary of particular diseases of clients and their condition after REIKI sessions. The observed array was made by eleven clients with different somatic diseases. There were males as well as females in age of 7 till 84 years. There are described the methods of energy using. The important part of the thesis is the description of REIKI symbols used during the sessions. The theoretic part of the thesis is dedicated to the description of ancientart REIKI, which was rediscovered for purpose of effective treatment of various diseases in order to cure as many people as possible without the use of pharmaceutical preparations. In conclusion I mention a sort of vision of the near future of application of healing energy REIKI in Czech republic.

The aim of this thesis is mapping the protective factor problems of pupils of the 6th to 9th grades and their meaning. It follows mostly social support, resiliency and self-efficacy as an important protective factors. It also defines protective and risk factors. The thesis focuses on the influence of different protective factors on the life style and well-being of the secondary degree of a primary school in the context of child development, with the emphasis on perception of social support from parents, teachers and classmates, using the standardized research CASSS-CZ.
